It would take volumes to express how fabulous this company is. I have two of their products which overcome power-control isssues in our RV. So, yes, the products are great. But most impressive (and virtually non-existent any more nowadays) is the ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE accessibility of the owner/inventor (Thomas) and his staff. As mentioned, I could write several pages with details about how impressive these people are at answering questions, accommodating my own idiosyncrisies, and their persistent follow-up on all the above. Repeat, nevermind for a moment that the products are fabulous for what they allow one to accomplish technically, you simply won't find a better group of people to do business with.
