Hello you two: I cook privately in Berkeley, California for a bunch of Catholic priests. One of them shopped at one of your locations while traveling and brought back a bottle of your great balsamic vinegar. I could drink this stuff straight from the bottle. It is worth every cent. I watched some of the videos and I'm so glad you both decided to open your retail locations. Now all you have to do is open one in California!! I took the address off of the bottle tonight, so now I know where to purchase items. So, now I'm excited to taste the olive oils and other items you sell. Do you happen to have a "taster" sample of the oils? Not a big deal, I will most likely purchase some of them for my clients and for my own personal use. I have been using this balsamic vinegar for years now .It is the best i have ever tasted. I buy it for all my family members as gifts and they end up asking for more. I put it on everything from salads to fish, and everything in between. I hear it's great on ice cream too! I usually buy 4 at a time because someone in my family is always begging for more and i certainly can't be left without any, that would be tragic. :) Thank you Oilerie for such a fabulous product....

Absolutely amazing flavor. When I bought my first bottle from the Fish Creek store, I asked how I should use it. It was recommended that I drizzle it over vanilla ice cream. Sounded crazy, but spot on. Since then, I played with Capreses and many other fantastic dishes. It’s a staple in my home. I’ve never written a review before. That is how strongly I feel about it. Nothing comes close to the Oilerie balsamic. I give it to my best friend for her birthday or for Christmas. We like to make salads that are meals filled with many different ingredients including beans and nuts and dried fruit along with different greens and vegetables -- and then top it off with this balsamic for dressing. With or without olive oil. I even take it on road trips to put on the salads that I make on vacations!

I’ve been using this balsamic vinegar for 10+ years. It has a very dense sweet flavor, but what I like the most is the syrupy texture. Result? Great flavor and body. Moderately priced when you compare to all the premium international balsamics on the market. Keep up the good work. PS. Our local store closed during Covid, to alot of peoples regret. Now we are for ed to order online.

We have been buying this balsamic vinegar for many, many years. We also love the cherry balsamic, it is SOOO good with chicken! We do not live close to an Oilerie so we have to have it shipped to us. The packaging is outstanding, I have never had an issue with any product being damaged. The service is wonderful and we plan on continuing to shop here for many more years! :)

I have been using and purchasing the 25 year balsamic vinegar for well over 25 years! Got it the first time we were on vacation along the East Coast in South Carolina. Since then, we’ve moved cross country to Texas! I order this all the time. Even after a trip to Italy last year, this is still my favorite! it is liquid gold! Caprese salads will never be the same!

My best friend and I call Oilerie Balsamic "liquid gold." I give her a bottle every year for her birthday and it is a very treasured gift. And I always get a bottle for myself as well. Nothing compares. Sometimes I mix with small amount of EVOO or grapeseed oil. Sometimes I just use it alone. It is perfect for any salad but I especially enjoy it on caprese.

I'm sending my best friend another bottle of the Oilerie Balsamic for her birthday. And I'm ordering another bottle for myself as well. It is a splurge but nothing else I've tried compares to this so it is a cupboard staple for me. I used to visit the shop in Fish Creek in the summer but living in California I'm so glad I can order it online.

Best Balsamic on the Market and great service. The price is spendy but when you use it it sauces, salads and appetizers it is so concentrated and flavorfully that it outperforms other balsamics and is the best bang for the buck. My friend Bever introduced me to the Oilerie. She is gone but I will always think of her when I order your product.

My sister and I fell in love with your products years ago in Door County. We've never had a finer quality balsamic before or since. My sister moved to Washington state and I have to mail some to her every so often, when she's homesick. She uses the aged balsamic on everything from salads to stone fruit, to ice cream. It is really that good!

For almost 20 years I have been using this Balsamic, wouldn't think of using any other. I make a batch of Balsamic salad dressing almost every week. The bottle is beautiful as well, when I finish with the balsamic I clean out the bottle and refill it with olive oil to use next to the stove. Always great service from Oilerie, thanks Curt.

I have been purchasing and using this Balsamic for at least 15 years (before Oilerie had any other locations besides Fish Creek). I had to make a pilgrimage once a year to Door County just to buy it. I won’t use any other balsamic. It is amazing on anything you use it for. I personally love it drizzled over roasted Brussels Sprouts.

I received some Oilerie Balsamic as a gift many years ago and since then have bought nothing else, going so far as to have it shipped out to us in Pennsylvania. The flavor and richness are superb - it's excellent over vegetables and chicken, fantastic mixed with Oilerie EVOO in a dressing, and great even over ice cream.

I've bought your aged balsamic since receiving it as a gift years ago. Once you have had this balsamic vinegar everything else tastes like you are drinking straight vinegar!!! Here has been my go to for at least 5 get togethers this summer...peaches, burrata, basil and the Oilers balsamic. People rave about it!!!
