When we moved out of the midwest, I was sad to leave the Oilerie behind, but figured I could find a similar olive oil somewhere else. Uh, no. I have tried so many cute boutique oil-and-vinegar shops, and no one makes anything that comes near the perfection of Fior Fiore. I give it to cooking friends as gifts, and my son is also now a devotee of it...and all the others I sent him for his birthday. (He scratched his head, trying to figure out why I would send him olives, though. Heh, heh. Until he tasted one!) Thank you for creating the best of the best, and shipping it to me in PA!

Last spring, I traveled to Belgium and France, and naively thought that the olive oils in Europe would be delicious. I bought a couple bottles to bring home, and was very disappointed in both. They were not nearly as wonderful as the oils that I buy from the Oilerie Green Bay store! I will forgo further temptations, no matter where I travel next, lol!

I first discovered you when I lived in MN and you had a store in Maple Grove. The balsamic vinegar is amazing but even better is the Lemon EVOO. I have tasted many others and nothing compares to the crisp, clean taste of it. I love roasting vegetables with it and now that I'm in AZ, I'm so happy I can at least still order it. Thank you.

I use this EVOO for direct consumption. I take a 15 mL shot of it twice a day for the health benefits. It is smooth and creamy with just a slight peppery hit in the back of the throat. Sipping on this for the past 2 weeks has greatly improved my mood and well-being. Pure and clean, this is easily the best EVOO I've ever had!

I bought the balsamic vinegar last year and loved it so much. I've everyone about it. My daughter bought a beautiful gift basket for me for Christmas with the balsamic vinegar, garlic oil and two olive oils gift wrapped in a tin. I screamed when i opened the package! Love love love this so much 😍😋

I have always used the Garlic EVOO from you but I decided to try a non garlic oil. I used it the other night on some pasta and I love it. It is really great! Very light good flavor for almost anything. Highly recommend!
