With the price of Stevia products on the rise, I found this combination of Munk fruit, Stevia, and Erythritol actually tastes better than what I was using. Buying in this 5lb. bulk package makes it more affordable than buying in 1lb. bags. At the price of 1 lb. bags I would go broke. So glad I soaked up the initial $35 hit to the bank account. It's actually saved me about $15-$20 from what I would have spent had I continued buying 1 lb. bags.

This stuff is amazing! I am almost afraid to give a positive review out of fear of it getting sold out. 1. Packaging sucks. Zip strip tore. Get a plastic sealable container to dump the sugar into. 2. Pours like sugar 3. Just as sweet as sugar, spoonful for spoonful. 4. No aftertaste, unless you inhale the dust from when you pour it into a large container for storage. (Not intentionally sniffed ;) ) It is so good that the crappy packaging couldn’t take a star away. Update. My second order came damaged and I lost some of the product. Lost a star

Used for daily Coffee and sugar needs, Taste is Good almost 1:1, feels like sugar, its is not exactly cheap. Taste is closer to sugar and taste better than many others we have tried, either we are used to it and have not expercienced any digestive side effects from it.

I just got this package the other day so I don't know about it. I have bought a bag before and love the combination of sweeteners. It is the best I have found. No awful aftertaste. I use it for baking and for sweetening my tea. This bag that I just received came in different packaging so I don't know about it yet. Haven't used any of it. If it is any different than the other bag, I will adjust my review. The only thing about the product I don't like is the PRICE. It is very expensive.

I love this sweetener...second time ordering. I only gave 4 stars this time because of the packaging. Love the packaging before with the pour spout...much more convenient. Disappointed in the packaging but not the taste. I’ve used this when making ice cream, candies and cookies.

We like the product, but can't understand why a company would change from such a superior bag design to one that absolutely does not work. It's like they thought - "How can we screw this up?"

At first, I tasted it out of a spoon and I hated it. Then I tried it in my coffee. It was delicious. I also made tea and lemonade. It was great also. Now I will use it for baking. Sarah D

The last 5lb bag I bought in March had an extremely useful handle and pour spout on it. There is neither a spout nor handle on the 5lb bag I bought in June. I specifically bought that large quantity because I wanted those features. I wasn't paying attention so didn't see the change. I'm VERY disappointed and disgusted. The taste of this sweetener is very good but the product is much harder to pour because of the packaging downgrade. I dropped a star because of this change.

This is a very good sweetener. My only wish is that they would offer a finely ground version so I don’t have to do it myself. Highly recommend. I have replaced Swerve with this. I find that in several of my recipes, it’s 3/4 instead of 1/2 the amount of sugar.

I haven’t used this product enough to give it a fair rating. However, I wanted to let people know that mine did not come in the nice bag with the screwtop as shown in the picture. My 5-lb bag has a perfectly worthless Ziploc closure. I would give a one-star rating for that, but I’ve been pleased enough with my limited use of the product.

I was hesitant to try this sweetener because of the price. And it is on the pricey side like most non-sugar sweeteners, but I have to say this one is the best tasting sweetener that we have tried. I use it in my tea and coffee and can once again enjoy the flavor of the drink. We used Stevia products for a long time but it made my tea have such a bitter flavor, but MonkSweet Plus has allowed me to once again enjoy a good cup of hot tea. I was disappointed however that the 5 lb. bag that I received did not have the screw-top opening as was pictured. I was excited about the convenience of that, but the sack I received was the old-fashioned zip-lock bag -- and it will not reseal! So I am very happy with the product, but very unhappy that I did not receive the package that was pictured.

We really need to have as little sugar as possible in our house. Husband is borderline diabetic, I have history in my family. We've been off sugar for years, using Splenda and others before that. But there are so many warnings, I became worried and started researching healthier alternatives. Tried Stevia straight, tasted like licorice to me. Tried Erythritol straight, left a funny cool taste in the mouth. Tried Monks Fruit straight, almost a sickening sweet taste. Monksweet Plus takes all three and puts them together in a product that takes the best from them and minimizes the funny aftertastes. I use it all the time now, in cooking, beverages, everything. It works especially well in baking, cup for cup equivalent to sugar. Sometimes I add a tiny measure or two of Monks Fruit, to make it even sweeter, but not always. Monksweet Plus has really been a lifesaver and gotten me back into baking again!
