As a type II diabetic, watching my carb and sugar intake is essential. For years I've avoided pizza because of the high carbs, that is until I heard about " Low Carb Thin Pizza Crust". I purchased some and using my own ingredients made a wonderful pizza. Honestly, the only thing I noticed different from the Low Carb Thin Pizza was that it is a bit more chewy as the crust is little stiffer, however, that is not a negative because I've always felt that most pizza crusts were too flimsy.

Does not get soggy from sauce after baked, which is awesome. Crust is what I would categorize as medium thickness. Bakes and tastes good. Four stars as somewhat pricey.

As someone who is always searching for the best keto crust for my pizza loving husband who is also carb conscious, this is our favorite! Because we have tried so many, I can honestly say that we repeatedly buy it due to; consistency, calories, how it rises/thickens in the oven, easy to prepare, good taste, etc. As far as price, you really can’t go out and spend less than twenty dollars for two people to eat so I think especially since it’s a specialty item that it is priced more than fairly!

Great texture and taste. Will get crunchy so it’s perfect for pizza crust.

This is a big improvement over the older pizza crust from the same company, much more like traditional pizza crust and more flavorful with the scorching that is done to it. highly recommend these crusts for anyone on a diet or who is not allowed to have carbohydrates
