I've never ordered food via Amazon so I was a bit skeptical because a few people stated their bread had already molded when they received it. I received my order in two days. As soon as I opened the loaf I packaged slices into freezer bags (2 per bag). There's enough to make 8 sandwiches. Normally I wouldn't eat the ends but for the price I refuse to waste any. LOL After packaging the slices I tried the ends with butter. DELICIOUS!!!! I'm a foodie (low carb now) and I'm picky! This bread passed the test.

Love this bread! Been low carbing for 2 years without a sandwich. First time I was able to have a grilled cheese and boy did I enjoy it. The bread should be frozen as soon as you get it. I put mine straight in toaster out of the freezer. Another idea is making hamburgers like grilled cheese...so good! I have now purchased direct from the mfr. as the price is much cheaper and they have a wide selection of low carb items ...can't wait to try the pasta!

This is very good,in our opinion, for French toast and grilled cheese sandwiches. Hubby loves it and he is very skeptical and grumpy about low carb stuff.

Love this company; it actually makes low carb bread edible and doesn't remind you that are on a diet or avoiding the good stuff. We freeze it so it lasts longer!

I totally love this bread. I pop it in the toaster on defrost (you have to freeze when your receive it), and it comes out perfectly. Flavor is amazing. I was surprised because some low carb breads/bagels are flat tasting. Not the case with this. I will definitely be ordering again.

Low carb bread generally tastes like flavored cardboard but this actually had the texture and the taste of real bread. Definitely the best of the low carb breads I've tried

I have only tried one other low carb bread before trying this. The other bread fell apart lol so I guess my standards could be low as well However this stuff is amazing!!! I put butter with avocado and oil on it! Even my picky roommate who hates everything loves it haha :) great stuff!!!

I really love this product. The consistancy is more like a big dinner roll than a bagel but that works for me. I can use it for sandwiches. The size is much bigger than other low carb bagels I've tried. Love it!

The bread was very good,but I will probably will not but it again, because the shipping was outrageous, it coat almost twice the price of the bread.
