Mixed it like the instructions, then blended with yoghurt, cottage cheese, protein powder and a bit of vanilla and froze. Put it in my ninja creamy with some chocolate and pretzel mix ins and it is amazing! Can’t wait to try other flavours.

Not sure if old product but the powder was clumped together in the packet. I just broke it up whilst still in the packet. The jelly itself once made was good. I made two big bowels with 3 packets in each. The instructions have two steps but I found it worked best when I did it all in one step (added the boiling water and normal water essentially at once) in a mixer.

I was very excited to find an instant pudding that was vegan and sugar-free! It's great that you don't have to use a stove for this or wait for hours for it to set. There were a couple of things that made it less-than-five-star worthy for me: 1- I used almond milk or cashew milk every time, so your mileage may vary if you use dairy milk or some other kind, but I found that a whisk or fork was not entirely sufficient to completely mix this powder with the milk. I ended up using a handheld blender to mix it up. 2- I bought this flavor (strawberry) along with chocolate. I wish I had just bought all chocolate. This tastes a little fake -- not as in artificial or chemical, but definitely not like strawberries. The chocolate, on the other hand, is fantastic. Overall still a great purchase for pudding lovers with dietary restrictions.
