VERY sour and has an aftertaste, but does the job.

I love these protein shots- in all the flavors- added to a glass of diet cranberry or diet v8-splash. When I am a little short meeting my protein goal for the day, this is an easy way to add protein without adding a lot of calories. In the first few weeks post-op, creamy protein drinks didn't agree with me, so these were life savers. I'm more than 6 months out now and I still keep one of these in my purse, a couple in my office and anywhere else convenient.

I’ve had bariatric surgery and sometimes it’s hard to get in all your protein in a day. This helps a lot.
