This is a great alternative if you like boxed mac & cheese. It will not be like craft mac & cheese, but but it satisfies my urge. It has lower calories and more fiber, which I need for the diet I’m on. I think it taste great.

This Mac and Cheese is absolutely delicious. I ordered this product two days ago and made it for dinner that night. I used olive oil instead of butter and regular 2% milk. I’ve tried tons of pasta and noodle alternatives and a HUGE issue with them is the texture, but this mac and cheese is PERFECT. Seriously so similar to kraft mac and cheese but has 1/3 of the calories and way more protein! I just mixed in salt and pepper and it was absolutely incredible. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy mac and cheese for fewer calories and more protein :)

Fiber Gourmet has never disappointed me. This keeps me full and tastes great. I don’t miss the regular mac and cheese at all with this. Boils great, not too hard texture wise, and not that pricey. Not my first purchase and won’t be my last. 10/10!

Seriously - if you're not sure, buy it. I've tried all the low cal pasta out there, FG's is by far the best - tastes basically like regular pasta for half the calories. It's a gamechanger. Only note: I usually cook the pasta about 50% longer than what's recommended on the box - YMMV

I used this and paired it with a low calorie cheese sauce made with fat free cream cheese and fat free cheddar, as well as some 96/4 lean ground beef. Added taco seasoning and it made a crazy delicious and super filling taco mac and cheese with low ridiculously low calories and fat 😋

Such a great alternative for Kraft Mac & Cheese. Texture is a little different but still enjoyable and the flavor is spot on! I’ll be buying these from now on instead.

So delicious and great calorie value! I got the 2 pack and as soon as I tried it I immediately added the 6 pack to my cart! The whole box is only 375 calories while that's just one serving in other kinds. It tastes way better than most of the regular mac n cheese that I've tried and the calories, carbs and protein are so much better! Its great for if your gut is sensitive to foods that are high in calories/carbohydrates or if you're just trying to eat healthier and don't want to give up your favorite foods. I have some oral sensory issues, a corn allergy, and I'm sensitive to high-carb foods and this checks all the boxes for me! I highly recommend it, it has an amazing flavor and texture; definitely found a new favorite with this!

Taste and texture is comparable to traditional boxed Mac and cheese. The pasta is a bit more dense than basic pasta (perhaps this is the added fiber). Really probably the best low calorie option for Mac and cheese (and for pasta, the brand itself). The carbohydrates are impressively moderate as well. It is very pricey so it's more of a treat than an economy meal.

Definitely worth the money! I bought the macaroni and cheese (it’s the best I have ever had, even better than some restaurants), the fettuccine noodles, spaghetti noodles and penne noodles. I eat half the pasta I used to because of all the fiber in it.

Needs a lot of extra help because it’s very dry otherwise (especially if you reheat it). I add some almond milk and sometimes a heaping tablespoon of cream cheese or spreadable goat cheese to help make this creamier. Also lots of hot sauce
