Best "zero carb" bread I've found. It's expensive, but all the keto stuff is overpriced. Don't expect it to taste like regular bread, but it's closer to the taste than any others I've tried, the texture is perfect and it toasts well. It lasts a lot longer after opening (or defrosting) that real bread. That may be worrisome, because it indicates a lot of preservatives, but I've had no ill effects. And it is zero carbs or close to it, because counting 2 slices as 1 carb doesn't put me over my 19 carb daily limit.

I don’t normally write reviews but these were quite good. I’ve had other low carb buns in the past that taste super odd. These don’t taste like the real thing but they’re close enough.

Very good but very expensive. Cheaper at most grocery stores that carry it.

We bought 2 packages, 8 buns per package and they were shipped in a tiny box, so they were slightly flattened. Threw one package in the freezer and used later without any issues after thawing.

Id give this 5 stars if it was just 10% bigger. If the creators read this, you consider making jumbo buns? These things are so small I eat 2 hamburgers instead of 1 and the patty is stuck around the edges. It would be really cool if there was a jumbo option so I can make double cheeseburgers :) can i haz bigger bunz 4 double cheezburger plz?

Pretty tasty and replaces the need for a regular bun well. Just wish it won't expire in a little over a week. Received Aug 25th expires Sep 4th. Guess I'm having burgers everyday until then

I'll buy these again.

Very difficult to find keto hamburger buns but found these on Amazon. Tastes great but the buns are quite small. Would buy again.

I eat burgers on a low-carb diet (chicken gets old sometimes), and being able to eat them with a bun instead of lettuce is nice. They are not terribly tasty or fresh, but I grill them for a few minutes long with the burgers. Does the trick for me. Expensive as all get out - I freeze them until I need one so they don't spoil.

I love the shape, size, texture, and taste of the Franz Keto buns. I bought them because I discovered that the buns made by Aldi, which were as good but much less expensive, are a seasonal item. Who knows if they will make them this simmering? Although do hope they make them again, I won't fret that much but I will just continue to buy the Franz Keto Buns. By the way, Franz buns toast beautifully and can be used to make sandwiches, which I do quite regularly. I'm glad these buns are available on Amazon. I'm getting ready to order my next 2 packages. The buns were packed well (rather snuggly, which is good) in a strong cardboard box that resisted any damage. I should also mention something very important: an individual bun has 15 grams of fiber or 54% of what are daily intake should be. It's this fiber that lowers the carb count. If you have 2 of these a day, you'll meet your extremely important fiber intake, and you will only be consuming a mere 100 calories. This is very important for me because the doctor put me on a low calorie diet, which is working really well. Thanks for reading this review and I wish you the best of health.

I was skeptical. But they are great! Lighter than some of my buns (but I usually do whole wheat) and the taste is mild. If you need something to hold the Sammie together and don’t want to add calories, this is the one!

For someone who loves hamburgers and the occasional sausage or hot dog, these buns are a life saver. They have a slightly different texture than non Keto buns I've eaten, and I learned the hard way that they're better if you nuke them for a second rather than toasting them, but all in all, they are pretty good. I use mayo and mustard on them with whatever meat I'm eating on them and there is nothing negative I can say about the taste. One day I drove through a fast food burger place and threw away the bun... That was before I knew about these Franz buns. Now I have a keto-friendly bun to replace theirs with! That's exciting for someone who's working as hard as I am to change old bad eating habits. These buns are pretty expensive, so I want to not waste any. For that reason I keep them in the freezer. When I want to use one, I take it out and put it in an open storage bag for a few minutes, then I nuke it for a few seconds. I found that's the perfect way to thaw them without them getting hard (just sitting out in the air makes them hard),

These buns taste like regular hamburger buns. They are a little small, ut that is to be expected when they are so low in calories. I bought them on sale. They are a little out of my price range normally (for what they are), but I am glad I tried them.

The buns are great. The problem I have is that they are charging $28 or 2 packs. I buy these in a local grocery store for $5 a package. They also sell them for that price on the Walmart website. Yes we expect people to make a profit, but 300% of the normal cost seems pretty excessive. I suggest you try them, but not at $14 a bag. Not sure why Amazon allows this. Buyer beware I guess.
