I've been trying to find a low carb pasta substitute that's tolerable and this is it. I've disliked zoodles, soy pasta and spaghetti squash. They are, of course, lower in carbs than this product. However, they don't compare in texture at all. So, for a few more carbs than the other options and a lot less than real pasta, I'll choose the Carba Nada. I wish it was less expensive but priciness seems to be the norm in low carb products.
