I’ve been eating low carb for a couple months and I really missed noodles. These are not “nada” carbs, there’s a lot actually. Probably much less than regular noodles and they tasted really good. I’m not sure what the deal is with the sticker going over the Best Buy date - did I just eat something past that date? No idea. Sticker pulled it off. Today is 1/21 and they tasted fine.

Fantastic! My three kids all work in high end restaurants- this Alfredo mushroom and zucchini fettuccine rocked the house-!They all loved it!

This is the best low carb pasta I’ve tried. The flavor is unfortunately not the same as normal pasta, there really isn’t much flavor at all to be honest. The texture is good though!

I wasn't sure how this pasta would taste, but I was pleasantly surprised. I am a type 2 diabetic and I can always use more options for pasta that helps keep my blood sugar under control. Only problem I had was that it took a lot longer than the 3 minutes the package stated to cook it. On the whole, I am satisfied. I include a photo of my Garlic Shrimp with Fettuccine I made with the pasta.

I've been trying to find a low carb pasta substitute that's tolerable and this is it. I've disliked zoodles, soy pasta and spaghetti squash. They are, of course, lower in carbs than this product. However, they don't compare in texture at all. So, for a few more carbs than the other options and a lot less than real pasta, I'll choose the Carba Nada. I wish it was less expensive but priciness seems to be the norm in low carb products.

I chose this rating because on a low-carb diet regular pasta is almost forbidden. After trying other lo-carb pastas and not liking them, this one is delicious al dente or even when cooked softer. What I didn't like was its price. I thought I was buying a case of Carba-Nada noodles as I did in an earlier order from Amazon and this was just one 10 oz. bag. Very little if any taste difference in the product, so look for the product available in the case.

Fantastic taste, held together well. Boiled in salted water for 6 minutes, not 3. Wish it was slightly lower in carbs but I'll take almost half than regular noodles. Packaging isn't great - considerable amount of broken noodles. Expensive - especially when regular carb noodles are the cheapest food on the planet. Nice for a treat.

Loved this pasta for a low carb option. I served it to my family and no one noticed it was something different. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I had to cook it twice as long as suggested. Cooking for 3 minutes simply wasn’t long enough- it was horrible. But when it cooked longer- simply delicious! Great noodles! Will buy again.

All three of the other flavors (basil, garlic, egg) taste better than this one, but for a low carb, high protein pasta this is still delicious. I don't really understand people complaining that this has too many carbohydrates. This has 24 carbs minus 6 grams of fiber for 18 net carbs per serving. The entire bag has 90 net carbs. I don't see the problem. Furthermore, this has 12 grams of protein per serving. The texture if you cook it exactly for 5 minutes (as per the instructions) is al dente. Please, please make the garlic and basil available for the subscribe and save pack of 6.

This stuff was surprisingly good! It's high enough in carbs that it's not something that I really want to eat on a regular basis...but when you really want some pasta (not zucchini cut into ribbons to hopefully trick your brain into thinking it's eating delicious noodles) this stuff does the trick with only a little bit of guilt. It's by far the best low carb pasta option that I've tried. Doesn't have any funky/weird aftertaste and texture-wise I wouldn't have known it was any different than regular pasta.

This product is good, people complaining that it's not low carb enough is ridiculous. your not going to get a No carb pasta. This product has 17 net carbs which is wayyy more less then pasta per serving. I think it taste great and once a week or so shouldn't knock you out of ketosis, it didn't for me. if your looking for a no carb pasta your not going to find it

Wasn't sure how this would taste and was skeptical after reading the comments. This was pretty good. Even my husband liked it. Nice to know that I can have pasta at least once in awhile and still watch my carb intake and not blow it. Cooking took a lot longer than directed. I boiled my salted water and checked every five minutes. It took around 18 minutes to get to aldente. Holds the pasta gravy nicely. Will definitely order again.
