okay so this is labeled as 24 carbs and 7 grams of fiber or 17 net grams carbs per serving (5 servings a bag) which, is good for low carb not keto. EXCEPT I used these for chicken noodle soup, using 1/2 a bag in am entire pot of soup that will yield 10 servings of awesomeness. we get a full bowl of soup per serving. even if we used these for chicken alfredo, we believe we would get 8 servings of pasta per bag, not 5.
btw we do OMAD several days a week so this is perfect to get the cheat meal feel, without getting knocked out of ketosis.
