I am diabetic so counting carbs is important. This pasta has a generous portion size and the carbs are not bad when eaten in moderation. The roasted garlic could have more garlic flavor but I love garlic do it may be enough for others. Overall a good product that allows me to enjoy pasta again once in awhile.

I really like this pasta. It cooks in 4 minutes and has a great flavor. However, it’s way too expensive for a family. One or two people would be ok.

Tasty but not really super low carb.

I have tried many lower carb option pastas. This is the best of all my other options. Even my husband who is not doing dirty KETO will eat it. ( THAT is really saying something ) I found that i actually really enjoy it with butter / garlic and fresh parm. cheese. I just wish it wasn't so darn pricey . IT IS WAY too much money for only 2 bags.

These noodles are a bit pricey, but the taste is better than expected! They weren't hard or gummy! They tasted like regular noodles with about half the carbs!

I had never tried reduced-carb pasta before, and was pleasantly surprised. The flavor is quite good. I hadn’t expected the “chewiness”, but found I liked it. It’s more chewy than the usual al dente, but hey!, it slowed down my eating so I could enjoy it longer!

These noodles have less carbs are the perfect replacement for regular noodles.

I love pasta. Looked for alternatives and found this product. It actually looks and tastes like pasta and cooks in only 3 minutes. Am very pleased with it. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because it is a TAD chewy....but only a tad. I think it's reasonably priced (compared to other low carb items) and is worth the price to try it. Not as low carb as I’d like, but better than most. Easy to prepare. Good texture and flavor. A bit pricey, however.

I've been on a low carb diet for over a year. I really don't miss much, but I really missed pasta. Now, I have this substitute in my pantry always. Taste and texture is like the noodles I missed.

I bought this to try, and to me it really tasted really good and no different than 'regular' pasta. It seems like you get a good number of servings per pack (assuming that you're eating the serving size). It's kinda pricey, but if you can afford to make it a part of your diet and you're looking for a low carb alternative, this is the pasta I recommend.
