Made baked ziti and it was surprisingly good. Par-cooked the penne and then finished baking in ricotta, sauce, and meatballs. I probably wouldn't do as a stand alone with sauce in top because they need to soak up something with flavor. Overall would purchase again.

Not sure why the negative reviews unless people are expecting regular wheat pasta. This is an excellent pasta choice if you are on a Keto or other low carb diet. Tastes far better than konjac/shirataki noodles... no need to wash away the fish taste with these. The consistency and bite of these noodles was similar to that of an al dente wheat noodle. Eaten with a marinara sauce or made as mac and cheese, I challenge anyone to tell the difference between these and wheat noodles. I can only guess that those that did not like either did not cook properly or were eating plain noodles with butter or olive oil which I have not tried with these or any Keto friendly noodle. That said, they are really expensive for what you get. You are simply paying for the convenience of not having to extrude the noodles yourself.

Well, texture is ok but I am still looking for the best alternative. A little pricey but what do you expect from a low-carb pasta?

I make this whenever my low carb diet sends me into pasta cravings. It is very "nutty " in flavor and takes longer (much longer) than traditional pasta to come to a sauce ready state, but it is very filling and satisfies that pasta "need' IYKYK... I serve it with chicken, whatever vegetables I have on hand, and make an almond milk/low fat cheese sauce. It's expensive, but a 2/3 (dry serving) is more than enough for a very filling meal and a little left over for lunch. You can get 4 servings from the bag.

Its pretty good mixed with different sauces/ making mac n cheese but a bit pircey for the amount of ounces you get.

Easy to prepare. The taste is good. Reheated it be omes a bit pastry. But overall a good replacement for regular pasta.

The pasta is very tasty and, for someone who is on the ketogenic diet, a great option that didn't exist before. That said, the product isn't cooked in 5 minutes of boiling. I've found in the two times I've made it that it needs 15-20 minutes or more just to get to al dente.

Tastes good. How much flavor do noodles really have? Consistently is slightly tougher than it should be, I boiled 12 minutes to help make them a bit softer, this seemed to help but still sort of on the hard side. Definitely boil in bigger pot, directions state “some foam”, I’d say more. Would order again.

Closet thing I have had to real pasta as far as taste and texture!

It is okay for what it needs to be. It is definitely may trick you into thinking that it is pasta. The only downfall is the cook time. Needs to be longer.

This pasta is a little lower in carbs but really still to high. The pasta is heavy, it tasted better warmed up the next day which was surprising. I would think about using this every once in a while if it wasn’t so expensive. I can buy lentil pasta for much less and it has a similar taste, texture.
