Finally, I found a pasta product that looks like the real thing, tastes good, has good texture and is more nutritious than the other stuff out there! I liked how easy it was to prepare. I liked that I could control the density of the noodle by adjusting the cooking time. Just like real pasta! I cook for myself so I thought preparing a whole bag at one time may be a bit much. So I tried just cooking about 1/3 cup of the dried noodles in an adequate amount of water and cooked for 10 minutes. I was surprised that the noodles puffed up so much as to give me what seemed like a huge amount of pasta! I poured some homemade sauce over the pasta and added shredded cheese. It made a great meal! It was a bit chewier than regular pasta but not much. Next time I will cook it a bit longer. There were no unusual flavors in the pasta either - no bitterness or earthy flavors. Overall, this is a great product that I will buy again!

I’m doing dirty, lazy keto and I’ve been searching for a pasta substitute that lives up to pasta. Well I think I haven’t found the one yet but this one is not bad at all. I was very hungry too :) The texture is different than pasta (I’ve cooked it for 15 mins given previous reviews) and it felt definitely not as flexible as pasta. It’s not chewy. It felt like cold pasta (when it had been in the fridge for a while that doesn’t feel as pasta anymore). But it took flavor pretty well. Ingredients are pretty clean and low carb! Would I buy again? Mmm price-wise. Maybe not worth it. Honest to you guys best thing has been spaghetti squash (texture isn’t like pasta but takes flavor as well if not more and it’s super cheap and natural)

This pasta is quite good, and when I need a pasta fix, this is my go to. Truth, I have been eating gluten free, and “alternative” pastas since their inception, I have tried them all, and now eat only low carb pasta. For the low carb option, this pasta is my favorite. Just cannot turn to hearts of palm, or those noodle type foods suspended in liquid...my palate cannot tolerant them. I have not tried this product in casserole type dishes, I have only boiled and added to or topped a dish. Not sure how it would bake, i think it would get too soft. The texture is very good, but as with any pasta, wheat or alternative, be careful to not overcook, and air on the side of al dente.

Take my word on this... I've tried all the keto pastas on the market and this one is THEE ONE. As with all keto products, I've learned to curb my expectations in regards to taste and texture. But wow, this rotini is the real deal. I made a meat sauce using Raos and sliced up some sausages and I was blown away. The pasta held together very well, it had a bouncy chew to it and as for taste... it just tasted like regular noodles to me. Another plus is that I can actually pronounce the ingredients and that it's also gluten free, which in my experience, is not the case for many keto pastas.  I'm very pleased and will try the elbows next time to make some mac and cheese. I finally cooked my Lulupasta keto friendly pasta today and was pleased with it. The taste was delicious and the texture as close to high carb pasta as possible! A bit of a sweet taste probably from the hwc and unsweetened almond milk, but the pasta itself was actually good. I have a second portion for tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it. The dish was creamy, not too al dente but still had chew. Did not break apart like another keto friendly pasta I used, there's no bitterness at all. I enjoyed it and am sorry it took so long to use it that it's now unavailable. I will buy the other version with the red label as this is delicious and I am eating low carb for life.

So like many people on this site I’ve been trying various types of “keto” pasta, for at least the last 3 years. None of them have been great - I’ve never reordered any of them let’s put it that way. However this pasta cooked itself perfectly in about 7 minutes (I like my pasta a tiny bit mushy) and I used it in a buffalo chicken pasta bake. The noodles themselves didn’t seem to have any weird flavor or texture which was wonderful, and also didn’t make me terribly gassy or uncomfortable like some of the competitors. It isn’t a huge amount of pasta if you’re intending to meal prep with this stuff, but for a single dish to share it comes out great.

I will definitely be ordering this again. It had 0 funky flavoring or after taste. The texture is a bit off. More chewy and thick, but super close. It’s almost like over cooked pasta. I prefer this over any substitute I’ve had yet. The price seems a bit steep, but it’s cheaper than other brands I’ve compared to. Also I filled up quicker thanks to the protein. ❤️ I’m going to be adding a small stock of this to my cabinet for maybe a bi weekly pasta meal. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

When I got the bag, it shows 5 net carbs and 4 servings, but the bag looked so small I figured it would be maybe 2 servings, boy was I wrong. I made the whole bag, and it made at least 5-6+ servings lowering the carbs even more. So if you like meal prepping for the week this is perfect. The noodles are very al dente and thick, so keep that in mind. It's a keto product, so its expensive, but it works in a pinch when the wife wants pasta and you want a substitute.

While the product itself tasted great, like regular pasta .... for $13 it was not a great value and it got very mushy/pasty. I think you could just blanch this instead of "cooking" it for several minutes. I cooked exactly as instructed and it came out VERY mushy/pasty. So next time, I'd just blanch it and serve. Not sure I would buy it again though because you really only got 2 bowls of pasta out of this and for$13 I don't think that's a very good deal.

I’ve tried about every option out there for low carb pasta. Most- inedible. Some- not enjoyable. This is a smaller bag that most, but it’s more filling than normal pasta. One bag will fill three of us with a meaty sauce, with half a serving left over. The texture is not perfect, but it’s passable. The taste is great. And- it’s manageable to eat this and maintain a 20 point standard deviation if you are type 1 diabetic.

I just boiled it in salted water with extra virgin olive oil until it was al dente the way I like it. I didn't worry about their directions. It is great if you make a sauce with a lot of flavor like a cheese sauce. I am so happy with this product. The net carbs aren't bad when you subtract out the high fiber content. I definitely will be buying more from this company. They knocked it out of the ball park.

Low carb pasta products can get pretty spendy...good or bad. This one is as spendy as the rest, but I have to say my wife and I were both impressed with the texture and taste. This tastes and eats almost identical to standard pasta. Even though with the high price of these products, we can't partake on a regular basis, I will absolutely order again when my craving for pasta gets to be too much.

I am gluten sensitive, so finding decent low carb pasta that’s edible is a challenge. I like to use this pasta for low carb Mac n cheese that I bake. It tends to be dry and too chewy. But I boil it a bit longer than directions say, and test chew a noodle every few minutes til just soft enough. I made a pot of my version of from-scratch Hungarian Goulash and the noodles held up quite well.

Delicious! I enjoyed the firm texture and flavor. I purchased this item because I was recently told I am diabetic, so I am trying to reduce my net carb intake. I am also trying to eat smaller portions, so the portion size was right. I cooked four ounces for two people and added lots of veggies to make the dish more filling. After eating, I felt my craving for pasta satiated.

I am always looking for ways to get more protein into my diet. This pasta is a great way to do so . . .without always having to always have chicken, steak, etc. The only thing I can it's a bit over priced for the amount in the package. That is why I gave it a 4. The taste is great though, and I love to eat it with steams veggies.
