I have been trying to replicate a recipe I had when I ate meat - Bob's Big Boy Spaghetti Chili. I made the chili today using this product and it is totally perfect for items like chili. It absorbed the sauce I made and has the consistency of ground meat in a chili. Try it. I am so glad I did.

Great texture and flavor when added to any sauce, on tacos, chili etc.! I buy a bag every 2 or 3 weeks now.
