I enjoyed the taste of these and thought the texture was similar to regular calorie pasta. While these are not considered to be low carb, I think its a great starting point for anyone (including myself) who want to lower carb and calorie intake. While I am not too fond of the current price point (about $5 a bag), I can see myself ordering more down the road. Not often though.

Tastes like pasta like the high fiber lower carb just wish the cooking time was a bit faster and less of an a chewy texture.

This is a life saver if you are dieting and watching calories you need this product. I made my goolash and added this and I could not tell the difference. This one thing I did notice is that you need to use this product at the time you make it. I found the left overs became a bit like overcooked pasta and a bit stiff so it is better not to use it for left overs. That said it was incredible and half the calories. It is becoming a staple in my household.

good taste and texture. Give it a try. the fact that is has so much fewer calories than regular pasta makes it extra wonderful.

Pricey - but great tasting pasta for someone on a low carb / WW program. Can't tell the difference in taste.
