I gave an overall 4 for the variety pack, but to be more specific, I need to break down each of the products and what I used them for. I used the Elbows and Penne to make Mac and Cheese and the results were outstanding (5 out of 5). Next I used the Fettuccini and the results were good but I I did feel like the noodles were a bit chalky and stiff, despite having cooked them for about 15 minutes (3 out of 5). I used the Penne in a crock pot to make a version of chicken noodle soup and the noodles were able to hold up to a long slow cook (5 out of 5). In general these are great and really do deliver on the low carb option for pasta. I recommend cooking them a bit longer then suggested even if you like al dente.

I really wanted to like this. I've been doing Keto for awhile and have really missed pasta. So, when I saw the good reviews I decided to try this "pasta" only to find out I wasted my money. I was so excited after reading the reviews I shared a bag with my niece who does Keto and one with a friend whose husband is diabetic. The first bag I tried I thought it was my fault because I cooked it in a wrong pot. I dressed it with garlic and olive oil, my favorite way to eat pasta. The second bag was in the right pot and used it to make turkey Alfredo. (See picture.) I cooked on salt and olive oil. After drsining, I added butter, Alfredo sauce, turkey, Mozzarella, and Parmesan. My reaction once I took my first bite was again: Yuk! Basically heard the same thing from my niece and friend after they cooked theirs. I expected some texture difference but not such a drastic difference. The flavor was also terrible. It was like eating, I imagine, chalk but chalk would probably taste better. I will not be wasting my money on this again.

Ok so they aren't the best tasting thing compared to regular noodles but they are low carb. Not too bad actually. I've only tried the fettuccini so far... Made chicken alfredo and added salt to the water and to the noodles after. It turned out pretty good. Also added a few extra minutes to the cooking time. I'm excited to try the other ones.😁

This pasta is definitely worth it if you are keto or low carb. Obviously it’s not going to be just like regular pasta, but it’s a pretty close substitute. I have had to cook it longer than 10 minutes and it is a bit pricy. But again, this is obvious for any special diet type food. I will say I don’t think it would be as good without strong/heavy sauce and other mix-ins. But for a pasta craving, I’ll definitely get again.

They do take longer to cook, but they absorb flavors from whatever i cook them with. The texture is always somewhat firm, no matter how long you boil them and they do break up easily, but we like them better than other low carb noodles we have had. wish they weren’t as costly, though.

The pasta cooks well and holds up to various sauces, it's very much like "real" pasta. I attempted to overcook it a fair bit and still ended up with a texture on the "al dente" side. I'd prefer it to be softer, but it's still a lovely pasta replacement. Tastes just like the real thing.

This low carb pasta is not bad you have to make dishes with extra flavor in order to make it taste similar to regular pasta dishes. I made my first batch using the elbows and cooked them for 10 minutes. I would have boiled them for 12 minutes in retrospect.

It takes longer than directions says. They taste really good with garlic, parmesan, basil, and olive oil with chicken breast. You don't need much before getting full.

Found I had to cook it a little longer. If I was using enough sauce to coat the pasta it was fine, dishes without a lot of sauce - it tasted of cardboard and was not good. Probably wouldn’t purchase again due to cost.

I tasted it without any sauce - don't do that. The package suggests 10 minutes, I would go with 11 maybe 12 minutes, it depends on how al dente you like your pasta. The point is, I need to stay away from carbs for my health, but that doesn't mean I don't want pasta and this pasta was great. And I am going to buy it regularly.

I made macaroni and cheese with the small elbows. It turned out really well. This is the first pasta substitution that actually tastes like the real thing. I cooked them a little longer than package directions for a better texture. A little pricey when you compare to regular pasta but worth it if you’re following a low carb lifestyle.

I enjoy these pastas, and it's the first time I bought the set. I am upset the way it's packaged, and shipped. All the individual bags are crammed in one larger bag. So all my fettuccini noodles were broken. The other ones were broken, but it's not as bad since they're small noodles. If they weren't all jammed together, I feel like it would of shipped better. Just disappointed my longer noodles are now bits.

Taste-wise this tastes pretty much like regular pasta. Texture is close but not exact. Best of the low carb pastas I've tried. Too bad it's just so ridiculously expensive. I bought it mainly so I could still join in our family Christmas Eve dinner, but for this price it's not something to make a regular thing. If the price comes down I'd give it 5 stars. (Plan to cook it longer than regular pasta.)

Liked the rotini enough that I ordered this multipack. Not as good as real durum wheat pasta but a good enough imitation when eaten with tomato or cheese-based sauce, especially if you add some protein like chicken or even meatballs. Definitely needs some additional cooking time beyond the recommended 10 mins. For my family we like to cook them as follows to get it less firm without over cooking: Rotini: 15-16 mins Penne: 18-19 mins Fettuccini: 14-15 mins Elbows: 12-14 mins

Great subsititution for real pasta. I personally like it cooked a little longer than recommended and after a few different tries, I learned it taste much better if it is baked into a dish after cooking (I.e. homemade baked mac and cheese). A little pricey, but very filling per serving so it probably evens out.
