We love these in soup! I make a lot of home made soup and also we love al dente pasta. So often after leftover soup is frozen or refrigerated the pasta/noodles will absorb all the liquid and get super soft. Consequently, additional liquid is needed to bring the soup back to life and the original integrity of the flavor can be lost adding water or broth. Not with these! I have used the linguini and the rotini so far and the next day and after reheating, the pasta is still al dente !! I would highly recommend adding to anything you are worried about the noodles getting too soft.

I have been Keto for about 2 years. I have lost a total of 60 lbs. I know, it's not a lot but I have had issues with "falling off the wagon". Anyway, so I have struggled with this diet because I am a huge pasta and bread lover. One of the things I've struggled with is finding keto options that substitutes bread and pasta. I've tried mung bean pasta and black bean pasta and fat head dough and other bread substitutes that were, honestly, really thick and really gross. I finally gave up and started slipping off the diet again. Then Franz came out with a Keto bread and I have been in heaven....but I was still missing pasta. Then I thought I would try this and OMG! It takes longer then normal to cook than regular pasta, but when it's done, it's got a nice al-dente texture and no weird flavor like other so-called pastas. Granted is a little on the expensive side, I feel like for the time being, until something better comes along, this is going to be my go-to for any kind of pasta dish.

I have ordered the 4pack several times now. And will continue to as long as they are offered!! Amazing pasta and YES you can microwave -it put about 2 oz of pasta in a bowl -cover with water -about 7 min in the micro- watch carefully as it will bubble over and you will have to open the door once in a while- I have made fettuccine Alfredo, macaroni and cheese, cold pasta salad, goulash but itโ€™s even delicious with butter and parm. There are 4 servings in one bag, But I usually get six from adding a protein and vegetables to my pasta. I understand that everybody has different tastes. But I am a huge pasta fan and this pasta is the absolute perfect substitute to regular pasta. Yes it is expensive COMPARED to regular pasta-if you get four servings per bag youโ€™re looking at $2.37/serving. You go to the Olive Garden and pay $14 for a plate of fettuccine Alfredo. Plus tax. Plus tip....You could eat a whole bag of this stuff for less than $10- Itโ€™s all in your perspective

We've tried a lot of different keto pasta alternatives, and this one seems to be the best. To me, the texture is a little bit more like whole wheat pasta, if you've had that. I haven't been able to cook it al dente-- it doesn't get that springy chew to it; it's either undercooked and has a bit more unpleasant toughness, or it's more completely soft, but it still has a pleasant texture to it and the flavor is nicely wheat-y. 10 minutes is rarely enough to get it cooked fully; I start really testing around 14-15 minutes for most shapes. I also find that, unlike most normal pasta, it cooks really well in a slow cooker. I've added it to a stock-infused base sauce and it's done well every time; great for a chicken noodle soup or beef stroganoff. The timing is much more variable, but I like being able to skip the step of boiling water, and it soaks up the flavor of the base wonderfully.

If you can cook this and then leave it in your sauce or whatever overnight then do it! Because the pasta really pulls in the flavor of any sauce you use it'll taste even better and makes the pasta more tender. You should cook this pasta in heavier sauces with a lot of flavor (tomato sauces, or cream-based sauces) than with simple OVOO/lemon juice sauces. Also aggressively salt the pasta boiling water that will also give it a better starting flavor. The good thing is that this pasta is pretty robust so it doesn't fall apart after a day or two in the fridge and you can add proteins and veggies right in. A great treat occasional keto treat that doesn't seem to throw my ketosis out of whack as other replacement foods can. I think they improved the formula because this used to give me painful stomach pains but I don't anymore, they do keep you moving though.

These noodles are great for a keto do er that wants to stay on tract and not feel guilty With tho delicious low carb dupe I donโ€™t miss the noodles much With these in the mix they are great with everything pricey pricey but worth it for the most part ! Low carb pasta dream unlike Konjac noodles or hearts of palms. But great great dupe here. And barely carby get past the taste youโ€™ll be fine but taste is also fine as well just gotta add some razzle dazzle

For those on keto who are focused mainly on net carbs and less on ingredients, this is an awesome sub for pasta. One of the non-keto things I've missed the most is good 'ole Kraft mac & cheese, the original in the blue box... I can make one serving of these elbows (2 oz), add a tablespoon of salted butter and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream, and a tablespoon or two of Anthony's cheddar cheese powder (which is amaaazing), and voila! a substitute really close to the original while keeping carbs really low. For those unfamiliar with keto-friendly pasta, the texture of these types of products is a bit grainier/mealier than traditional pasta - but for context, I think the Great Low Carb Bread Co. pastas are a lot closer to regular pasta than Impastable products, which I tried and found tasted like cardboard. Highly recommend this product, the best pasta sub you'll find!

I've only tried the elbows so far and they are spot on. Taste. Texture. Didn't fall apart. Zero difference between this and normal boxed pasta. I didn't time how long it took to boil, I just cooked them, stirring them occasionally, until they looked done and then sampled a few to make sure. Maybe 15 minutes? I made a huge portion of macaroni tuna salad with half the bag that could easily feed 3-4 people. No doubt they're just as incredible with sauce or butter etc. I wish they were more affordable, but I'm going to get my monies worth from them one hundred percent, so I only took one star off for value. I'll work them into my budget when it's time to order more. Very satisfied, very happy. I wish all low-carb options were this close to the original, then maybe the extortionist prices on MOST low-carb/keto products would be just slightly easier to swallow.

A little of this pasta goes a long way!! I boiled it for a little over twice the recommended time and thoroughly drained it. I added some butter and salt to it as it boiled to avoided sticking together. I then sauteed some onions, precooked ground turkey breast, minced garlic, smoked sausage, spinach, and peppers in olive oil. Next, I added the cooked pasta, some alfredo sauce, and a little heavy cream. I only used about a third of one pack of pasta. I won't eat it more than twice a week since it does have quite a bit of carbs, but it is a great product that satisfies the cravings for carbs we love. Flavor it well and little oil to it when boiling and there's nothing to dislike about this.

This's really the best low carb pasta I've ever tried. I'm gonna be really disappointed if it's not actually low carb but I don't go into a carb coma after a meal. So, that's a huge indicator. I love it. I boil it part way like regular pasta and cook it the rest of the way in whatever I'm making. Just like any pasta I would make. I take a bit of the gravy and cook it into the pasta and drizzle EVOO. I cannot tell the difference after prepared like regular pasta. Another thing is the high fiber content which's a huge draw especially on a keto or Atkins plan. Can't wait to try other recipes but so far I've done rigatoni style and beef, scallopine, and primavera. I'm gonna try macaroni and beef next. I liked the pasta so much that I sent a combo to my family.

I have ordered these low carb noodles 13 times in the past few years because I am on the keto diet and never had a problem. I eat them all the time. The last time I ordered these, they were a darker color in the bag, and had a really bad rubbery texture after boiling, from all the others I've ordered. I had to trash them. Unfortunately they are not eligible for return, so I am out around $30. Makes me weary to order again because I'm afraid they will be like the last bag and I don't want to waste my money again, being that they are so expensive.

I love pasta, the real thing. I've tried shirataki noodles (the worst!), whole-wheat, corn, quinoa, mung bean, zoodles, all the pasta substitutes, and none of them are, well, pasta. THIS, MY FRIENDS, IS PASTA. I follow a keto diet and eat about 20-25 net carbs per day. This pasta has NEVER knocked me out of ketosis, tastes like PASTA, and fits well into my super-low carb intake. I was also skeptical, spending $30 for low-carb pasta, expecting disappointment, and I can honestly say this pasta can change someone's life. Being on a low-carb journey is no easy feat, but this pasta will satisfy that craving and make you feel like you're cheating, all while the scale keeps going down. Pair with a hearty sauce (I make homemade alfredo and cheese sauces with a heavy cream base) or a nice meat sauce, and be blown away.

I really like this pasta. I am on a keto diet okay. I have been living this lifestyle for some years now. This pastor does not raise my glycemic well.because there are no blood sugar spikes that does not throw me out of ketosis. It's very nice to have something like this to eat once in awhile and add it to your meals while doing keto. It's very satisfying and sometimes I just mix it with butter and Parmesan and eat it that way. You can also make a keto friendly alfredo sauce and this is wonderful with alfredo in any type of meat you'd like to put on top of it.if I could give it 10 Stars I would it's the only keto friendly pasta I found that is palatable and enjoyable. I look forward to this ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

OMG!!! I love this keto pasta substitute. I think this product is the closest thing you can get to real pasta! I hate the consistency and mouthfeel of shirataki or konjac noodles, but this is definitely not the case with the great low carb company's pasta. I would definitely recommend cooking longer than the cooking times. For me, in California, I cooked the pasta for about 15-20 minutes just to make the pasta softer, but that's definitely up to user preference. One thing to note is that the pasta is about 7g of carbs per serving, but I do think that one serving was definitely filling. If you do plan to eat pasta, just carve out some extra carbs to enjoy a pasta meal once in a while!

I was so surprised with the results. The bag looked small and since it is low carb I assumed I didn't have high expectations. But this product really surprised me. It grew twice in size like pasta usually does. It taste like pasta. It is also low carb. It is definitely a blessing I found this product because I want to stay on keto but sometimes the cravings for pasta tempt me. This product is a great substitute. Also I suggest allowing the water to boil first, then add the pasta, and cook for 15mins rather than 10mins. This is important to get the best results. If you do not cook it correctly..like place the noodles in cold water and waiting for them both to warm up together it will come out poorly.
