I bought a 3pk of this because I had already tried it and was pretty impressed. Because of all the whey protein don't let it sit long w/o stirring it, it will be thick and gross. The price seems a bit high for each envelope but it's definitely cheaper than Starbucks and you're not getting this much protein in a Swiss Miss :) I've been having one in the afternoons lately and it's really helping me stay the course. I don't like that it has sucralose but I'll use this one until I find another option with a comparable price. I was slightly disappointed that in two of the boxes the bottoms of the envelopes were not completely sealed. It was a little bit of a mess when I opened the package containing all three boxes. Instead of sending it back I opened all of them and transferred to a glass container while I noted that each envelope contains about 1/4 cup of product.

This stuff is addictive and tastes like the real thing. I'm buying the bigger box asap. I also found out that if I mix it with my peppermint mocha coffee from Sam's club that it tastes like aa starbucks peppermint mocha but I don't have to worry about the sugar. I can't recommend this stuff enough! Please try it I promise you'll love it! In my opinion 8oz is the perfect amount of water or coffee to mix it in. I love how it blends well too, other cocoa mixes often clump and I'm not even talking about keto mixes, I'm talking about store bought regular mixes. This stuff is literally perfect. I will admit I use a milk frother to mix mine so it may help but I've had other mixes clump even with that amd this stuff was so smooth.

I bought this product and BariWise Hot Chocolate by BariWise Store on the same date, but they were delivered on different dates, which was okay. I guess I was craving for hot chocolate when it was cold so I shopped and bought some at the same time. I was very surprised when I opened the packages, found the individual packets inside the boxes are exactly the same ~ appearance, ingredients.... except the prices were 4 cents apart. I don't understand the food industry, but had I known the packets were the same, I would only buy one brand. I probably would rate a bit higher for the product, but I didn't like buying different products and receiving the same individual packets.

I buy a lot of low carb products and high protein, low carb, hot chocolate is my main item. I have tried them all. This is probably one of the best, if not the best one, that I have tried. I used Proti Diet and Bariwise a lot but I think this one may be even better than those. My one complaint is that I prefer to buy in bulk and these come in single size packets. I think for that reason it may cost just a bit more than Proti Diet. If they ever make a big canister option then I will buy that but for now I will continue to purchase the packets. This is very creamy, smooth and a rich chocolate flavor. No after taste. I love it!

Rating: 4.5 Stars After the last protein hot chocolate, I was prepared to not be impressed. This proved me wrong. The chocolate flavor isn't bad. I'm used to dark chocolate but I'd say this was more to the flavor of milk chocolate. This particular one has mini, and I do mean mini, marshmallows in it but they quickly disappear. I don't see that they add any flavor. Overall, it's very good and I would buy again. If there's a day where you haven't had enough protein, this would be a great way to increase that number.

I really like this protein hot chocolate, it is expensive though! I live in the pacific northwest and enjoy it at home before I make my "drive to work" cup of coffee. I use the battery powered bonsen kitchen small battery powered blending tool. (I purchased on Amazon quite awhile ago) . When I have not used that tool I find the hot chocolate hard to mix properly. Again, I do not drink this regularly because of the high price.

Everyone is on a protein kick nowdays! This actually tasted really good mixed with almond or normal milk. I prefer to drink hot chocolate with something other than water. It did not taste chalky or anything. I would recommend real milk or plant based milk over water. Over the holidays I would drink it before going to bed to avoid an alcoholic beverage or sweets. It helped in that sense.

I love drinking hot chocolate, but the problem is that they have way too many carbs even the ones that are supposed to be sugar free. However, Wholesome protein hot cocoa is great in flavor and with very low carb: only three grams and net carb of 2 grams. I will continue to buy even though it is slightly expensive but aren't most keto foods are.

Not sure how they do it, but this hot chocolate tastes just like the yummy ones with all the sugar. It mixes so well in hot water and has zero protein powder taste that you would expect for 15 grams of protein/80 calories. Well done Wholesome Provisions! I’ve gone through 3 boxes, the multi flavored box is so awesome! All the flavors are great!

I am a gastric bypass patient of three years out and in order to get my daily protein requirement I like to start my day with the Protein Hot Chocolate and I also add another scoop of unflavored protein powder to up the protein even more. I have used this product almost the entire three years and will continue using it. I highly recommend it.

Your keto diet and sugar cravings will thank you!!!! I’ve been having major sugar cravings and kinda disappointed that even Starbuck’s “skinny mocha” still has a substantial amount of sugar in it. This tastes JUST like regular hot cocoa and I’m picky! Glad I can enjoy the fall with warm, sweet beverages with this brand 🍁

One of my favorite things in the winter is a cup of hot chocolate. I had reserved that while on my weight loss journey I would not be able to have that until I found this! I’ve had other brands and they are thick and just don’t really taste good. This one is light and mixes fully and tastes like a nice coo of hot chocolate!

Im not sure how 'healthy' it actually is but it is very good tasting.The sucralose and artificial marshmallows probably compromise any real 'benefit' of protein, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. A little pricey for the amount that you get but know you will enjoy it. Would buy again when Im not watching sugar and chemicals as much.

My two daughters and I follow a ketogenic lifestyle and we LOVE this high protein hot chocolate! It mixes easily in water and tastes rich and satisfying while also helping us to keep carbs low (2 net carbs) and protein at an acceptable level. It's a treat to look forward to, especially on a cold night. Keep up the good work!

This is the best low carb hot chocolate I've found since starting Keto, and tastes great. I love to drink this on these cold winter mornings, and the added protein is a plus that you don't get in others. Easy to just add hot water with our Keurig and it's ready in seconds, just be sure to stir well right after filling.
