Best high protein cereal, 1/2 cup whole milk and 1 packet of cereal 188 calories and 19 grams protein
This the best high-protein cereal I have found. Tastes great, high protein with lower carbs and fat (depends on the milk you use.) I eat it daily, usually for breakfast. It’s a little crunchier that regular cereal, but not nearly as hard to chew as all the other high protein cereal I’ve tried.
