Taste Profiles:
— The “coca” flavor is not really accurate, as the taste is very similar to the marshmallows in Lucky Charms. While I am a chocoholic, I enjoy the Lucky Charms taste, so this was not an issue for me.
— The “cinnamon” flavor is super accurate and, in my opinion, the best of the flavors.
Ingredients: The cereal sources protein from soy, which is neither ideal nor compatible with all diets and bodies. Moreover, from a cost perspective, soy seems like a cheaper protein source.
Portion: While the portion size is not large, I do not mind, as I actually use this cereal to improve the nutritional profile of other cereals.
My Recommended Use: Typically, I mix a sachet of the “coca” cereal with a cup of Three Wishes Honey or Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheerios, and I mix the “cinnamon” cereal with a cup of Three Wishes Cinnamon. To be full on this cereal alone, someone with an average appetite would need more than one sachet (2 to 3).
Why I Bought the Product: Aside from loving cereal, I am an avid gym-goer and, as a result, obsessed with managing my macros and having protein-rich meals/snacks to help build lean muscle.
