Eshan Schleif Mini Ezee™ 3 in 1 CO-SLEEPER® Bassinet

Defective Product
We were highly recommended the Arms Reach Mini Ezee 3-in-1 Co-sleeper and were so excited to receive it for our baby shower! On our initial use, we were excited about the co-sleeper for its convenience and mobility. However, soon after setting it up, we weren't able to get one of the arms to lock. After disassembling and assembling it for our first trip, another two arms were unable to lock. Now, we are concerned for our child's safety as the arms could cause the bassinet to collapse. We have tried to contact Arms Reach via phone and mail on a regular basis for the last month, but have not received any response back. Their phone lines default to a busy line, no matter what time of day we call. And no one responds to both our voice mails and writing. Although there is a warranty promised, it is unable to be upheld due to lack of customer service. Buyer beware! Although the product seems to be very capable, the inherent defect makes it a very dangerous product for any child, and the corporate communication is incredibly lacking.

Don't waste your money on this! Disappointed all-around...
I was hopeful about this bedside bassinet because it scoots under the bed, looks nice, and is recommended by one of my favorite scientists (Dr. James McKenna). However, after assembling and using it for 2.5 months, I have determined that it's not a good product - for several reasons. First, it wobbles really bad, making it feel like a cheap product with poor design. Second, the mobile looks/feels cheap too. Not only that, but the toys that are included on the mobile are not developmentally appropriate. Where's the black/white high-contrast objects that are facing TOWARD the newborn's face to be appealing? Third, our bed and mattress are standard height and it barely fits under the bed on the highest option. We'd have to buy extenders to make it really work. At the moment, our baby slides to one side because the bed is slanted (due to it not fitting under/on top of our mattress). And finally, the music box has extremely limited options and runs out of batteries quickly. You also can't tell what volume you're on or which tune you've chosen unless you cycle through using the buttons. Come on... get with modern technology, Arm's Reach! Seems like this product didn't go through sufficient quality control and testing with actual parents. DON'T BUY. YOU'LL REGRET IT!

Never had a worse experience than when I bought our co-sleeper
My family bought us this mini co-sleeper for our first born who is just now 11 weeks old. We thought it would be easy and convenient to use as its mini and convenient to travel with. That part was true, however, after taking it down and putting together just twice, the lock broke and we were unable to reassemble the bassinet any longer. After reaching out to customer service, we were basically told we were suddenly assembling the bassinet wrong (after we’ve already successfully done it multiple times) and that we would have to video call for them to “walk us through it”. Not sure how that’s supposed to work when the lock is physically broken but okay I’ll humor you. After having that conversation we offered to just buy the broken piece, and we were met with a snarky customer service agent who claims that our bassinet isn’t broken. Save yourself the time, the money, and the attitude you’ll get when trying to resolve the issue. This product will only be for you if you like cheaply made unsafe products for your baby, and employees who could care less if your child falls through there bassinet or not. My family and friends will no longer be loyal customers to this brand.

Not safe! Defective mattress
I wanted to love this bassinet! We used it for our first child for four months with no issues. Our second baby was born and we used it for two months with no issues, until one morning when baby awoke there was a deep dent where her head was resting. It concerned me that it dented so quickly, when it had been fine prior to that. I put her head at the other end the next night and it was dented by morning. After multiple calls and emails to the company with pictures of the defective mattress, they would not replace the mattress for me. I would not recommend this product or company. The bassinet only got six months of use out of it before it was very unsafe for a baby to sleep in. I now have to find another place for my little one to sleep that is safe if she rolls over. Baby gear is not cheap! Save your money and go with a brand that will guarantee their products longer than six months! They probably won’t post this on their website, so I’m writing reviews every place I can to warn new parents that this mattress is unsafe and not worth the investment!

Do not waste your money
We had a different Arm’s Reach co-sleeper model for our daughter 11 years ago & loved it! I was determined to buy another Arm’s Reach for our son. Long story short, I bought this ahead of time because they were out of stock for so long. We finally put it together when our baby was born and were so disappointed. Screws were missing (which to me for the $$ should NEVER happen) and the mattress is like sleeping on a piece of wood! My son HATES it! Despite lack of use customer service would not do a refund because it’s beyond 30 days. And beware, if you don’t like it within the 30 days they still charge a 25% re-stocking fee! $60... I was then rudely hung up on (promise I was not rude myself, only disappointed on the phone).
