I used to do swishing a few years ago (with a different oil), but then stopped because I couldn't find the right oils. In November I bought this one and after a few weeks my skin cleared so well (I also finished dental work that month, so overall better oral care gave me better skin). I swish for 10-15 mins, then brush my teeth and rinse with salty water. Love the product. I wish it was bigger, it's not cheap, but it is very effective.

I will never not oil swish now! I love using this and then rinsing with warm salt water with a couple of drops of the tooth serum and then using my tongue scraper. my mouth has never felt cleaner and my teeth are naturally whitened!
