I am using the tubes to inject epoxy-mortar to repair concrete block joints with a pneumatic caulk gun. This is the easiest way to do this. I was able boost the pressure up to 35 psi as the epoxy began setting in the tube. However at this pressure the tube starts expanding and by passes the rear tube cap seal, with air splattering the mortar.

These are exactly what they advertise. I put a small piece of fishing line along side the plunger once I filled the tube and am installing the plunger. The line creates a small passage for air to escape as you push the plunger into place. Once the plunger is in place pull the line out from between the tube and plunger and discard. If a bubble of air gets trapped in the caulk tube it compresses and will make the contents of your caulk tube to slowly squirt out

These tubes work very well for grout joints. especially hard to reach and ceiling tile.
