I was very pleased with the the customer service I received when having to receive another pair of sunglasses. Our first pair the nose piece broke within a few weeks and sent in request for a replacement and then when we received the replacement the bow was broke when I opened the package. Sent in claim and with no questions asked sent me a new pair for free!

I love my new Braxleys. The reinforced bridge is a welcome change as the bridge has broken on my last pairs . Only complaint is I paid $79 after the discount but the invoices $179 so I had today customs and duty on the $179 as I live in Canada. No big deal but cost me $22 extra Thanks Don
