I like how this backpack looks. It also feels like it's much higher quality than my old backpack (the embark jartop one from target). It's not as flimsy, and it keeps it's shape when you set it down. The handle on top is nicely padded, and the shoulder straps are alrightly padded. It's not the best padded shoulder straps, but they're at least better than my old ones, and they feel comfortable enough to wear. The backpack's also pretty spacious and has a nice amount of pockets. I especially like the addition of the zipper pocket inside the main compartment and the pocket on the outer backside. I feel like I have more negative things than positive things to say about it, but I'm just not great at complimenting. I actually quite like it overall and plan to use it for the next few years. Here are my complaints. Firstly, when you open the main compartment, if you have anything in the two bottle holders, like a bottle and an umbrella, those items will get in the way of your zippering. This is why I prefer my old backpack's jartop opening. Secondly, neither the compartment at the back nor the padded laptop sleeve within the main compartment have a false bottom or any sort of bottom padding. This means that, if you put a laptop in there, when you set your backpack down, you'll have to be gentle. Otherwise, your laptop will hit the surface. I use the inateck laptop sleeve with this shockproof rubber material, so I don't hear any noise of laptop hitting surface when I set my backpack down, but it does take up a good amount of space. Thirdly, the magnets for the buckle are difficult to click into place. I often have to slowly move the magnets around until they click into place. If I just close the flap, they won't attach securely. Fourthly, this second compartment (fourth pic), which they call the phone and organization pockets in their video, only comes with one zipper! It feels like they skimped out on me. Can't I have one more zipper? It's a small thing and it doesn't take much more effort to zip further, but it still annoys me. Fifthly, their easy access pocket (third pic) goes all the way down. Other people might like this, but I prefer a shallow easy access pocket, because many things I like easy access to are small items. With this pocket, any small items will just get lost and jumbled up at the bottom, and you won't be able to see down there very well. You'll have to feel around to get any specific small item you put in there. For now, I just keep a spare mask inside a ziploc bag in there. I feel like it's made more for things that are thin and long like letters. Finally, I'm not sure why this is, but the brown backside is much more exposed from the side view when you wear it compared to the backside of my old backpack. With my old backpack, you wouldn't really see any of the backside from the side view when I'm wearing it, but with this backpack, you see quite a bit. It feels odd for me to look at. Oh, actually, one last thing. This is my first time using a canvas backpack, and it's certainly heavier than the polyester ones I've had before. Still, now that I no longer carry textbooks around, it feels light enough for me to carry around.

I liked. -meterial It was very sturdy and padded well enoough. Lifting from the the straps I could feel the whole bag being pulled up. The cheaper feel like they are being pulled from the connection points. Magnets on the front straps was a nice touch. I ordered this ready for the hassle of having to u buckle the front pocket all of the time but it was a lot easier with the magnets instead. I keeps it shape most of the time while my old one would melt on top of itselft whenever I placed it down somewhere. I did NOT completely like the laptop pocket since that was the main reason for upgrading. The listing sais it is for a 15.6" laptop. While it technically did fit my laptop. It was barely in my comfort range. I would of preferred if there was a tiny bit more wiggle room. The corners are at a slight risk in my opinion and Everytime I pull it out, I'm in the position of having the zipper brush against it. It's not an issue now but years of pulling out my laptop will definitely cause some wesr and tear on it from the zipper teeth. Over all though I'm pretty happy with the design and quality of this bag. I did remove the logo from the front because I thought it was a bit to big. But still. I really like this bag and would recommend it. Also the yellow bottle in the photo is a Takeya 32Oz bottle. Dimensions: 10.24”H x 3.58”W x 3.82”D. I believe it is the comfortable limit of the bottle pockets. Anymore and it might not last long. Would recommend any 24Oz but current heat in San Jose has me carrying the 32Oz. Very useful pockets.

I was looking to replace a similarly sized sling bag with a backpack for better weight distribution when carrying. I’m a petite person, (5’1” under 110lbs) and this bag is a great size for me. It holds my 13” hp laptop, power cord, mouse, 5”x9” agenda, 9”x12”portfolio, & 35’ tape measure with space left for all the extras like a small makeup bag, mobile phone, pens, wallet, sunglasses, etc… I fit a 20oz water bottle (car cup holder diameter) in the side pocket, but I am stretching it to its limit. I typically put my compact umbrella in the other side pocket. Only improvement I’d suggest is a two-way zipper on the secondary compartment. My only complaint is the interior smelled terrible at first. Almost fishy or rotten. I sprayed it down with rubbing alcohol & then followed that with febreeze a few times with some success but found putting a few drops of essential oils on cotton rounds and placing them in each compartment worked best to eliminate the fouls odor.

This bag is perfect for work. I've gotten complements from my coworkers and it fits what I need it too (I usually carry a larger portable charger w/ case, lunch, a few snacks, and sometimes a jacket/flannel in the main compartment and some extra ppe (work gloves/sleeves, safety glasses), extra facemask and extra socks in the front pocket. The strap has a spot where I can clip on a pair of safety/sunglasses or I could use a clip keychain thing to carry a face shield (I've also clipped my face shield onto the smaller carry strap and let it rest on the top/back while I walk) to keep my hands free when I don't want to wear a shield. All around it's good for form and function. I'm 5 feet tall and it fits me well, which was important as some backpacks are too big or small and meant to be cute.

Let me start by saying I'm a backpack kinda chick. The corporate overlords have systematically devolved pockets for women's clothing to the verge of extinction (WTF FAKE POCKETS?!?) forcing the masses to buy their over priced and poor quality purses, and I flat out refuse. This backpack, on the other hand, has SO many pockets and is SO well made. It can fit my entire portable art station and utility tools AND laptop, plus snacks and beverages! As an artist, this bring much joy to know I can fit everything in a single bag for work. I think I fit like 25-50 lbs of junk in this f*%&er and it broke a wall mounted coat hanger before as much as stretching a seam. A++ would definitely recommend to a friend // buy again for more apocalyptic misadventures.

I use this for personal everyday use and work. This bag is amazing. It’s huge! Which is what I wanted it for. I returned a different bag for that reason. The pockets are literally bottomless, taking the video I was like oh wow forgot I had that in here lol. The color is pretty also. The fabric feels legit, not cheap or anything. The inside has a LOT of smaller pockets also. I usually put pens in them or cards. The netting is nice too. Has rings on the straps. I sewed on the beetle. It also has two straps on the top which I was pleasantly surprised by. The green one allows for easier carrying as it disperses the weight better. And it has a smaller brown handle on the very back for hanging it. Amazing fr. I’m gonna cover it in patches

I love that this backpack has tons of compartments and zippers, that's a plus. However, I find that the clasps for the buckles on the front don't stay latched very well, you have to line them up perfectly for the magnets to attach, and the material which imitates leather looks cheaply made. I wish companies would not cut corners when it comes to leather, but I realize it comes down to the bottom dollar. It just makes items look so cheaply made. That is my main complaint with this backpack. For the price, I feel that it could be nicer. I'm keeping the backpack because I do like the look overall and the spaciousness it has. The color is also fabulous! I hope it will at least hold up for a few years for my travels and hiking.

Stop looking and just order it. I spent a lot time picking a backpack because I use one every day. This one is great, the material feels and looks good, and it's fairly comfortable. I tried out a few other similarly priced ones from Amazon like it, and they feel like cheap junk compared to this one. A lot of space, only downside is it needs a few more short depth pockets. No quick access pockets aside from the front flap which isn't secure enough imo with the magnetic buttons. There are a few small pockets inside of the second zipper from the front at least, and those work for a sort of quick access. Idk why that pocket only has one zipper tho. Still, it's a 5 star bag, and I'm glad I ordered it.
