Generally works OK and does the job. Clear ptex isnt the easiest to use though because with the burning to melt ptex you easily get carbon, leaving the ptex fix going yellow with soot mixed in. If you have a white base and would like it to stay white probably take it to the professionals and see what they can do. Black one is fine, easy to use.
