My Dr. recommended applying heat in the mornings. This is perfect.

Pop in in the microwave 20 seconds and it's ready to use and it's a comfortable fit

Good I guess? I have very dry eyes. The optometrist unofficially said I have Rosacea. They recommended I get one of these to use to open up the pores in my eyelids. Not sure how long I would have to do it for but I have been doing three times a day. It works as advertised.

This is my second Bruder heat mask, a replacement for an earlier one that quit heating up (package suggests replacing after six months, but mine lasted a year). It seems to help with my dry eyes, but it is not a cure. You will have to keep using it to make dry eyes more comfortable.

A friend suggested this product to me to try for dry eye. I have tried it out 2 times so far. Easy to use lightweight on your eyes and convient for travel. I will update my review after a week of using this.

These are great. I use them every day for my blepharitis until one day this happened. I just heated up for 20 seconds. Pull them out of the microwave and the beads were all over the place. Have to buy another pair

Overall this is a good product. I just wish the eye pads were a little larger. I think that might be a personal preference because the previous product I used had larger eye pads and I got used to that size. I would thought buy this product again because it appears to be well constructed.

This is easier than the moist wash cloths I had been heating in a microwave before for a stye on my eyelid. No dripping water. But, then again, I don't know why this product is described as a "Moist Heat Compress". There is no moisture involved that I can tell. You don't soak it in water before microwaving it. It seems to work though. Stye is better though not gone yet.

I love the ease of use. Feels great. Just the right amount of heat. However, I use a makeup wipe to clean my eyelids prior to use, but still get the small residual of mascara that doesn't come completely off. I use it for Blepharitis which requires twice a day use. If I have to clean it which requires a 24 hr period to dry, it defeats the purpose . I'm going to try placing a tissue between my eyelid and pad to see if that helps keep makeup off the pad.

I microwave them for 20 seconds like the label says, and when I first put them on my eyes, they are HOT. Like maybe too hot, and I am burning my eyelids? Not sure? I don't seem to have burns on my eyelids, so I guess they are ok.
