Recommended by my Eye Doctor They work great. I never microwave more than 10 seconds at a time until they are warm enough. If they are almost warm enough, I go to 5 seconds. 20-25 seconds is usually enough. Microwave ovens work by exciting the water molecules in or on something. They heat on a rapidly rising curve. They start out slow and once the moisture gets hot, it gets hotter very fast. Going from 28 to 30 seconds can make a BIG difference in heat. If they get hot enough to melt the mask they are way too hot to use.

I've been using this for about 2 months now, and I've loved it. Forty or so seconds in the microwave provides about 20 minutes + of warmth, and the mask design is such that it reaches just where it needs to to relieve sinus pressure. No dripping down my neck (hot washcloth). No extended preparation. Just nice, soothing warmth! HINT: I've been combining this with a meditation app on my tablet--not only does that app provide a handy timer, it adds to the entire "escape from life" experience.

Our ophthalmologist recommended the Bruder mask to help relieve the pain of a stye. The mask is easy to use, warms in the microwave. I bought the Bruder eyepads to place over my eyes before applying the mask to keep the mask clean. I will continue to use the mask after the stye heals, the mask is very soothing on my eyes at the end of a long day.

If you have dry eyes, using this eye compress everyday for at least 10 mins will make a great difference. I know it sounds like a lot of time, but it isn't if you have bad dry eyes. Try it for a few months before you decide not to do it.

This product has been very comforting to use. It is washable and you can use it over and over. It was recommended by my optometrist to help with a condition called "Dry eye". It has helped a lot. It also seems to clear my sinus'.

Had the moist heat for eyes only, used so much over the years. They needed replacement. Went with this to help with both eyes and sinus same time. New one works great, just not thrilled about the two sewn areas.

Moist heat good for dry eyes. Warm washcloth dries eyes. This pack stops swelling and itching in eyes. Larger size helps tension headache and just relaxing. You can use this as a cold compress for migraine too

With allergy season in full swing, this mask is great to wake up with, throw in the microwave for 45 seconds and then leave on the eyes for 3 minutes. Eye puffyness goes down right away. My new favorite.
