If you have dry eyes, using this eye compress everyday for at least 10 mins will make a great difference. I know it sounds like a lot of time, but it isn't if you have bad dry eyes. Try it for a few months before you decide not to do it.

Mask was easy to heat in the microwave and also had a little weight to give pressure with the heat on my sinus area. Stayed warm for over 15 minutes.
