Eye Cleansing sheets are a must. The place them over the eyes and then place the Bruder patch on top. It helps with the temperature and gives you something to wipe away what you need to wipe after the Bruder treatment. I have purchased 2 complete additional sets, lid prep wipe, eye cleansing sheets, and the Bruder treatment system. One for sister #1 and one for sister#2. They are astounded as how well this works. I am very happy being BRUDERED! and so are they. Sister #2 was told to just press warm compresses on her eyes. Bruder is much better, easier, and you don't have to reheat your compress every 2 or 3 minutes to get the benefit of an 8-10 minute treatment. See better, finally have natural tears and all seems to be working Great!!! Not only for me but my sisters as well. Happy BRUDERED

The product itself is great and easy to use. However, the Bruder box itself came with half of the tab that fits into the box to close it completely torn off, and the other side slightly torn. The inside envelopes that hold the sheets were all intact, and none were missing. I am returning this, and Amazon is sending another, but I'm not sure what happened here, as the outside shipping box was fine. This same shipment held a pizza dough baking mix that was expired by a month! I know the pressure is great for the shipping department, but please pay more attention. B.E.

I originally thought the Cleansing Sheet was another way for Bruder to make money by selling us something that looks like a soft piece of gauze that we really don't need. Then I did some research and used the few free shields that came with my first Bruder mask. It improves the efficacy of the Bruder mask and protects your eyelid and the surface of the mask from any makeup that may not have totally washed off when you cleansed your faced. I also helps you not burn the delicate skin on your eyelids and surrounding areas

I have serious dry eyes and eye allergies, so my eyes bothered me a lot. I used to use hot, wet wash cloth to soak my eyes for relief and also to loosen the debris that forms from dry eyes. That helped a little. However, when I bought the Bruder eye cloths (and I do use them with a Bruder mask), there was much more relief. I used them before I began using a prescription medication (very helpful), but I still need to use them and they are still helpful. I use them everyday.

Delivers moist warmth that effectively clears the oil ducts on my lower eyelids. The clogged ducts caused discomfort that eye drops did little to relieve. A face cloth dampened in hot water proved useless as it cooled within seconds. The Bruder provides its warmth for a full ten minutes. After using it daily for the first month or so I now use it about every other day and my ophthalmologist confirms the ducts remain clear. Works well for me!

Ultimately these are just thin, soft strips of tightly woven gauze. I wondered if I couldn’t just use a non-lotion tissue and get the same result. But I like the barrier between the eye mask and my eyes, and I know it’s approved medically, so all good. You could possibly use a roll of gauze you cut to fit instead of these.

These are thin, which is kind of good because I can see through it to properly place the Bruder warm pack on my eyes. It protects the warm pack from ointments and bacteria. They do shift around when on the face and have to be adjusted. They’re not easy to unfold. But they allow the warmth to come through from the pack.

I use these sanitary sheets over my eyes before I use the Bruder compress, as a way of keeping bacteria out of my eyes. I also used them over my eyes before I put ice packs, when I had eye surgery. There is nothing out there quite like these in terms of their usefulness.

I was having dry eye problems and my eyes doctor carries the eye compress so I purchased it but it only comes with a few eye cover sheets so I found them here and they are perfect. Protect my eyes and the compress

They work for their served purpose. My eye doctor recommended these to put them on my eye with a heating mask. Does NOT come with the mask, I’ve just used half of the package already.

I use these soft and lovely pads with my Bruder compresses. They keep everything clean. I then gently wipe away the moisture from my eyes after I have finished with the compress.

Wetting these and using them with Bruder's eye mask make for a truly relaxing experience for sore eyes. And there's lots of them in the package. Also keeps the mask clean.

It does a wonderful job, compared to the little one I used to have this one has a larger capacity for all the dust.I also love that it has a longer battery life. Thank you

I have been using a Bruder mask for a while now, and do notice that using these sheets elongates the life of the mask itself and keeps it cleaner effectively!

Easy to use, helps keep the heated eye mask dry and clean so you don’t need to wash so often. Good value for the money and recommend by my eye doctor.
