I purchased a leather journal and the engraving service. There were delays in answers when I was asking questions and pictures while I had to chase for it. it's a gift for an important person to me, that's why all this fuss. In the end I receive the product, the texture of the leather is not the one seen on the product page. The strap of the journal is also different. The engraving is not at the same place as on the pictures for the service as well. I then sent questions to the support. I was answered “And for the leather, I offer the best kind, I think you always have troubles so I give a better one and you are still not happy, send our item back and we will refund you”. What I was expecting was different from reality and this was never mentioned.

Journal was great and my bf loved it. Prompt shipping. It even arrived before I thought it would.
