This book is absolute gold - an invaluable resource for any internal medicine resident & pragmatically really useful. Highly recommended - from reading the first few chapters, it's already enhanced my understanding and clinical reasoning for so many common clinical presentations.

Really a great overview of essential hospital topics. I reference this book almost every day when I'm on inpatient rotations. Information is succinct but doesn't omit important details or descriptors like other review books do.
