Honestly I cut these into 6 pieces and usually just take one piece before bed to help me relax and fall asleep. Really good for when you want to just let your mind wander a while, too. Always coming back for more!
These are definitely worth the money! I started with just taking one and I felt great! The flavor was really good. I'll probably take 2 next time since I'm used to taking the D8 50mg gummies.
