Honestly I cut these into 6 pieces and usually just take one piece before bed to help me relax and fall asleep. Really good for when you want to just let your mind wander a while, too. Always coming back for more!

Wrong cert comes up. Simple match says they can not be 25mg! The web says they are and so does the packaging. I was given 50% of the active ingredients listed. Does NOT pack a punch especially when you are expecting the label to be legitimate.
