I took one gummy before going to bed and stayed asleep all night. I really liked the watermelon flavor. You can taste the hemp flavor but its nice with the flavor of the gummy.

These are really good with one caveat. The flavors are interesting, tasty, and better than most run of the mill cherryorangelemon. The cannibinoids are good for calming, pain relief, and sleep. I will sometimes take one of these with a small dose (3-5mg) of metatonin to assist with going to sleep. Attractively presented in a glass jar, really top-notch packaging. The caveat? They could be a little chewier. They're very soft, and I like a gummy with a little resistance. Otherwise recommended wholeheartedly.
