i tried these out hoping they might help with chronic headaches but they don’t seem to do much in the way of that for me (they take a bit of the edge off at most) - but actually i found they ARE good to help relieve joint pain and stiffness for me, which i’m starting to get more often lately. so, not what i’d hoped for but a win nonetheless lol! i‘ll probably be getting more soon - also enjoyed the cones too.

Although these never burn evenly, they are still a great product.
