We have a Male 2y with previously limited vocab, he was using words here and there but mostly just repeating. Since this product he has been so chatty and saying his own name so clearly! Prior to product he was not a confident talker so his name was hard for him to get out. NOW post product, He's forming solid sentences, asking questions, making request. We noticed it immediately-maybe 3 days. If a parent is looking for something to try with kiddo to encourage and get them motivated to talk, this is the product. This completely changed my son's speech. Within less than two weeks, he started communicating with us so much more and now it's gone beyond repeating things he's heard before. (It was bedtime and he came out of his room to tell us, "You mean [to] me". It was very cute and exactly as dramatic as you'd expect from a four year old avoiding bedtime.)
