    In our late seventies I have always chosen to buy an Aklanda knitwear for my husband. The style always classic and quality par excellence. Easy to care for and long lasting. When shops catering for menswear became scarce I was very happy to site Aklanda on line. Recently I purchased 3 jumpers and they will be well loved and used during our cold winter. We now can buy knitwear as special birthday gifts for friends and families. I regard Aklanda Knitwear to be the best in the world. The on line service has a human touch: Friendly, efficient, effective.

    My husband won’t buy any other jumper

    He’s been wearing Aklanda jumpers for about 25 years, the quality is just fantastic, they are stylish and wash beautifully. The two weights mean they are perfect all year round.

    For over 30 years I've had at least one or two and currently three Aklanda jumpers. They are the highest quality woolen jumpers and when I need a gift for someone overseas they get an Aklanda and a bottle of Australian whiskey. Recently I replaced my Merino Mid Crew Sweater with another just the same, after a decade of wearing it to meetings, work sites, golf and casually. I cannot believe how well it retained its shape and new gloss and feel. They are something I always recommend to friends in Australia and o'seas.

    Bought several Aklanda sweaters for my husband's Christmas presents and this Lt. Blue is MY favorite one as the color is beyond GORGEOUS!!! It is a very RARE, masculine color and the subtle intensity of this particular blue (Deep Aussie Ocean Blue!), makes my husband look more energetic and younger! The quality and the fit of this sweater, takes it over the top! Thanks, Aklanda!

This one did not disappoint either, these lighter weight jumpers are perfect for Sydney winters and the colour is a very attractive blend of blue and red, looks really good. Also, I made a stupid mistake and ordered the wrong size but getting that sorted out so easy. Top marks for customer service.
