My dad was butcher and made Porchetta for decades. Definitely never any fennel. Lost me there.

Moves flavour up a notch
I don’t think I’d ever manage to make porchetta, but this spice blend makes me want to try.
BUT, until that happens I’m going to add a generous tsp of this blend to my pork burger mix along with fresh bread crumbs. The result is a most delicious pork burger. The mix moves the flavour up a notch!
