Stove top vs. Oven
Can’t wait to try the oven version. Just wondering why the onion and the tomatoes are omitted from the Stovetop version to make the oven version?

Differences between the cooking instructions for various cooking methods (such as stovetop, oven, and instant pot) are intentional, but we encourage you to have fun and be creative with your own variations! Be sure to follow instructions related to cooking animal products (meat, fish, poultry, seafood) and beans and legumes. :)

Mango Butter Chicken mix is Amazing!
I brought this mix home from a visit to Nova Scotia & now that we have tried it, I can't wait to get more from you! This is one of the most delicious curries we have had. The heat level was perfect. The only thing missing was some Naan to scoop the last bites out our of the bowl.

Délicieux et facile à préparer
Très bon goût lié à la cuisine indienne. J'aurais cependant souhaité que le riz soit à part et non intégré dans la sauce. On peut ajouter ce que l'on veut comme fruit exotique ce qui donne un bon goût aussi.

Bland
This dish is objectively not butter chicken, but whatever it is isn’t great either. Final product is like if you prepared a very bland dal with sides of rice, chicken, and yogurt, and fruit for dessert, and then mixed them all together for some reason. Flavour profile is best described as “yellow powder” - admittedly, adding fruit really helps. The amount of butter is seriously absurd (and you’re supposed to brown chicken in enough butter to drown the chicken?) and you can’t even taste it in the final product. Wasteful, really.
