This is one of my favourite soups from Mitchell’s Soup Company. The complexity of the flavours are incredible and it is so easy to make. Pair it with some cheese, sour cream and crispy tortilla strips and you have a full meal! Family favourite.

I just love this soup! It's flavourful, very savoury, dresses up nicely with some sour cream, cilantro, and a few tortilla chips when I'm in the mood to spruce it a bit. It's the perfect lunch for me, gets me through the afternoon nicely but isn't heavy. A regular in the rotation for me!

My family looks forward to Mexican Tortilla soup night! With the added ground beef it is a hearty meal! The spices are just right. We sometimes toast up some tortilla wedges to accommodate, but most often just hunker down to a bowl of goodness!!!

I am a soup lover, and was so happy to discover these mixes! Very few “other ingredients” to buy, 1 pot, several meals, delicious taste! The Mexican Tortilla is my favourite, so much flavour. The taco seasoning is optional, but to me, it is a requirement; I never get tired of eating this, and always look forward to it - you have to try it, you won’t regret it!!

Instead of using ground beef or chicken, I added rotisserie chicken at the very end of cooking. The soup took a while to cook, but oh my goodness! Quite simply, the BEST MEXICAN SOUP EVER! My son, who hates beans, didn't even notice or complain either! This is definitely a family favorite!

This is definitely a favourite of ours! We love to top a nice bowl of it with a generous dollop of sour cream. Highly recommend!

The first time I tried this delicious mix it became a favorite. The spiciness is just right and topped with a dollar.of sour cream makes it even better. A hearty and very filling soup.

This one is in our top 3 mixes! We add ground beef, sometimes a few extra chunks of veggies, sometimes some small soup noodles, and a sprinkle of cheese. Very filling and soooo tasty -- this one is a pantry staple.
