Ingredients
Why are the ingredients not listed ? With people with allergies and sensitivities checking ingredients is crucial . Also identifying if products are gluten free, dairy free ,vegan etc is so important these days Thank you

Great soups
I love them, very easy to cook and you don't need to add meat. I wish they could make some without salt for people with kidney problems or blood pressure, but otherwise are excellent.

Love this mix!
This is a standard in my home now! I substitute half the water with beef broth, and also sauté chopped celery and carrots with the onion (and ground beef). Topped with sour cream, some grated cheddar with tortilla chips on the side - perfection.

If you are wondering, give a mini a try.
I bought a number of full sized packages of soup mix and one of this in the Mini. Family was coming and I needed something for 5 people. This fit the bill perfectly. Everyone loved it and I wish I had left overs. My daughter is a new fan of Mitchell's. Thanks for making soup so easy and healthy. Can't wait to try the others.

I was gifted the dahl mix from Mitchell's for Christmas, and immediately fell in love with the simplicity and quality of the product. I placed an order for more mixes, this one included, and couldn't be more pleased. So economical - just a few extra ingredients to add, but everything is measured for you and seasoned perfectly. With the rise in popularity of expensive meal kits, it's so refreshing to find Mitchell's mixes. Hearty, wholesome meals - the Mexican tortilla soup will feed a family of four adults for two suppers, at least! Thanks for your great Canadian products! Our fave!
This one is in our top 3 mixes! We add ground beef, sometimes a few extra chunks of veggies, sometimes some small soup noodles, and a sprinkle of cheese. Very filling and soooo tasty -- this one is a pantry staple.

Authentic Mexican Flavours
This is one of my favourite soups from Mitchell’s Soup Company. The complexity of the flavours are incredible and it is so easy to make. Pair it with some cheese, sour cream and crispy tortilla strips and you have a full meal! Family favourite.
