The smell of my kitchen when this soup is cooking is indescribable. This was the very first Mitchell's Soup Mix I bought and it may be the reason I fell in love. The flavour is just wonderful and the smell takes me directly to Southeast Asia, a place I've visited before and would love to see again. My recommendation with any soup that contains shrimp is to consider only adding the shrimp when you reheat the portion (if, like me, you'll be freezing some). This soup when it thaws always looks a little bit wonky and then as it reheats it sorts itself out perfect and is just as yummy as the first time.

So delicious, right up there with soup I would order in a restaurant!

This was such a surprise, absolutely bursting with flavour! I would certainly buy this again. Served with a light salad & homemade bread. Very filling!

This makes an amazing and delicious pot of soup. It's a fantastic change from the usual go-tos like chicken noodle. If you're looking to try something new, this is the one to go for.

So I had to make some substitution as it was too cold to out to get missing ingredients. Instead of coconut milk I used evaporated milk and instead of plain yogurt I used sour cream. Didn't have a lime so used 2 tablespoons of orange juice. I used scallops instead of shrimp. The soup was absolutely amazing-so tasty and smells divine.

SOOO ridiculously delicious and healthy!! I'm addicted and so is everyone I serve it to. Great to make for a big group or make for you and freeze the rest like I do. I use the light coconut milk and coconut amino instead of soy sauce. Also have done this with tofu, shrimp, or tofu & shrimp. All of them are 11/10 :) Thanks Mitchell's!!

One of the best soups ever! And it makes so much. Good for a crowd. I could eat this every day! Very filling and made a lovely supper.

I'm not the greatest cook but this was easy! Our guests were all delighted. Good decent flavour and it feeds a crowd of 8. This (or another one of Mitchell's) will be repeated!

We find the Thai soup full of great flavours. So easy to make. Good for a group of people. If we are just making for ourselves (two of us) we add the shrimp enough for the two of us as we heat up. We freeze the remaining mixture. One year, we were staying in a condo for six weeks at a Caribbean Island and brought the package with us. It was easy to get the additional ingredients. Travels well! 😃

This soup was scrumptious. I had my doubts at first, but both my husband and I found it was warm and comforting soup on a chilly day. I added a little more curry and fresh parsley. So, so good.

This soup was delicious. Make sure you are working with a large pot. I used my Dutch Oven pot and it was full to the top.

I had the Thai Coconut Prawn Soup mix, made it yesterday. First time I tried your product. I had my own chicken stock I had made so I used that. That soup is just out of this world. I really loved it so much. I used chicken breast instead of prawns. I went to the website to see what else was available which I would love to try. An amazing soup.

W have just returned from a trip to Canada and I bought two soup mixes as gifts for our daughter and her partner. Last night they made the Thai Coconut Soup and invited us to share it. It was absolutely delicious and there was enough for second helpings today! I only wish the mixes were available here in England
