I ordered this mix as part of a large order many months ago and it took me some time to actually make it. I won't delay the next time! It's a delicious soup, flavourful and filling. I removed pork sausage from casings and sauteed that at the beginning. It was a delicious addition and makes the soup a more complete meal. If you are freezing some soup to use at a later date, I would withhold the dry pasta from those portions and just add it as you reheat the soup. Really don't need to cook pasta twice. Wonderful topped with freshly grated parmigiana. Today I used a shredded mozzarella & cheddar combination, equally delish. 😋

After discovering these soup mixes, I tried many different ones. As a meat lover, I was skeptical to try this meatless option, but am so happy I did - it is now one of my go-to favourites! With a busy schedule, I am a big fan of easy, one-pot, meals that I can reheat and eat for several days, and this does not disappoint. I consider “soup week” a real treat; Do yourself a favour and try this, you will be glad you did!

Thanksgiving turkey overload. It was great, but today we needed something simple and different. Rustic Italian soup… chop an onion, chop a zucchini. Add soup mix and water. Sit down and relax for a few hours while it simmers. ( not hard to do on a holiday weekend) Too perfect! Yummy too.

OMG absolutely delicious! I used applewood bacon 🥓 & Parmesan both of which add The scrumptious "mmmgood" part to this soup. My sister-in-law is planning to include these wonderful soups in her Christmas gifts. Hope I am on her list.

This is my third soup mix. This soup is amazingly good and rich. Followed the recipe. I added one thing: 1 pound of Italian sausage meat. It added richness. Would make it again in a second!

I made this soup this weekend and it was amazing. I skipped adding the bacon and added a bit more zucchini and couldn't imagine a better soup.

Love this soup! This is the way to go for making a pot of soup! Very tasty just the right enough in spices!!
