I had been waiting for months to order this mix. I hadn't tried it previously but I was confident that I'd love it. Well, I sure did! It's sooo satisfying and has a wonderful flavour! With a bit of crusty bread, it's the perfect meal. Of course the mix makes several portions, some of which I freeze in individual containers. I don't add the shrimp until I reheat the soup portions since shrimp cooks so quickly and doesn't need to be cooked twice.

I’m not normally a review person but I HAD to sing my praises for this mix. We did it with sausage links and I pan fried the shrimp on the side…it was SO good! I’ve enjoyed many other Mitchell’s Soup mixes but this has been by far my favourite!

We had added Italian sausage as we did not have any shrimp. We absolutely loved this soup mix!!! It is our kind of heat!!!

We made this using cubes of leftover baked ham and added a cooked sliced hot Italian sausage. Oh my, best soup ever!
