I miss this so much! It was so delicious and so easy! Made it at home… made it to bring to other places bbq ect… everyone loved it, and everyone wanted to bring the leftovers home and I always hoped they wouldn’t haha! I keep on checking and hoping that I can purchase it again! I can’t wrap my head around the fact it’s not available anymore… everyone loves it!

This salad was quick and easy to make, with the added vegetables, each bite is crisp, refreshing, and brings out the spices in a new way. The bite of celery, sweetness of apple, and subtle cucumber are welcome additions to the curry that has depth of flavour but, in my opinion, no heat (if that's a concern to anybody). Within 30 minutes it was ready to go.

Easier than I expected! Family disappointed I left the extras with the host of the BBQ I brought it to. Easy to adapt with what you have on hand. I added a bit of red pepper for colour in lieu of peas. A nice mild but flavourful curry, that appealed to everyone (even folks who say they don’t eat curry!). Glad I bought extras.

This salad can't be beat. It's ridiculously easy to make, especially if you do it in the Instant Pot. If you're having a summer get-together or just looking for something fresh and new to serve your family, this is one everyone seems to love. I've never seen this mix in the grocery store though, so I stock up on it from the website, ordering enough to take advantage of the free shipping!

This salad was so good. It is only the second thing I have tried from Mitchell’s Soups & I wasn’t disappointed. Thrus was my moms 80th birthday & her & my 3 sisters spent a few days with me at our cottage. We wanted easy meals & this definitely fits the bill. The flavours were fantastic, and the veggies gave it a nice consistency, the added apple finished it off. When you had a bite of couscous with the taste of the spices & it had a piece of apple, it was delicious. Definitely was a huge hit here 😊
