I had the pleasure of commissioning Sarah to create a portrait of our beloved dog Abbie as a birthday present for my mom. The result was nothing short of breathtaking. When my mom received the portrait, she was absolutely blown away and described it as the BEST present she has ever received. Sarah's talent and skill shone through in the portrait, as she somehow managed to capture Abbie's personality even more vividly than the reference picture I provided. The attention to detail and the emotional depth in the portrait truly brought Abbie to life on canvas. This amazing piece of art will undoubtedly bring my mom many years of happiness and cherished memories. I cannot recommend Sarah enough for her exceptional talent and ability to create such incredible art. Thank you, Sarah, for creating such a wonderful portrait of our Abbie, it will be treasured forever.

Dear Sarah, I am over the moon with the portrait of Jack! Firstly, this was a surprise gift to me from Ray. It was a very thoughtful and romantic gesture. I would definitely recommend a commissioned pet portrait as a gift to others or themselves. What a fabulous idea! According to Ray, the process and communication was excellent. He sent to you a few photos of Jack and you selected this one of him sleeping soundly and peaceful. You captured the true essence of Jack with great attention to his facial features and colouring. I will forever cherish this lovely piece of art of one of my very favourite guys! I think you may know who the other one is 😉. Amazing!

Sarah Henderson’s talent is nothing short of extraordinary. I was genuinely moved to tears when I saw the portrait she created of Sami. Somehow, from just a few photographs, she didn’t just capture what he looks like—she captured who he is. It’s more than a portrait—it’s Sami in every sense, alive on the page. The detail is breath taking, but it’s the emotion and energy she brings through her work that truly sets Sarah apart. She has a rare gift for translating personality into art. I am blown away.

Captured Beautifully

This is the second time I have had Sarah create a work for special people in my life for a special event in their lives. The most recent work was to celebrate the life of a wee dog that is no longer with us, and she captured him beautifully - the person it was created for commented on the small details she had included that meant so much to her, but that I would not have noticed myself.. I cannot recommend her enough. Also I'm a bit of a last minute person and the turnaround time was beyond expectations!

Perfectly captured my dog’s personality

Delighted with the finished artwork of my girl, Neema. I fell in love with this piece as soon as I saw it… the initial thought was a soothing, restful and peaceful image. My second thought was it captured the beauty of the whippet… it reminded me of a lovely little whippet we once had called Wesley. Apart from this, there is the obvious talent of the artist, the use of materials and the amazing quality of the print.

We are so happy with the painting Sarah did of my sons Lurcher "Tom"! It was a present for him for his 21st birthday which he is so delighted with! It makes us all smile when we see it! You could almost touch it and think it is Tom it is so life like! Love it!! Sarah is so lovely to deal with and is so amazing.
