This mask is considerably less than half the price of the programmable ones - making it an ideal "one party" gimmick even if that is a bit environmentally unfriendly! On that note we'll start with the part I'm disappointed with even at this price - the animations are fast, with no music sync or ability to override their speed. It'd be jarring against music and lightshows and a bit concerning for anyone with photosensitive conditions at musicless events like parades or Civic Week. (Speaking of jarring check out the video - I make an idiot of myself trying to improvise while recording). While it's reasonable that the patterns are fixed and low-res (I like the low-res look) the animation speed doesn't feel comfortable and if they can be made just a touch slower that would be epic. Or better, make the gesture control into a tap tempo control... Gripe over! The mask itself is well made out of lighter plastics with a comfortable foam rubber eye guard - you benefit from the projected light while gazing through slits in the mask, but don't get blinded. It sits well away from your face so it's easy to breathe (or drink with a straw) and you could wear contact lenses though the eyemask goes get a bit humid even in an empty house - possibly a mini-sauna at a club. Fitting is a simple elastic strap with velcro hoops. It'll adjust very small for kids; for a bear-sized noggin it's at maximum loop size plus enough stretch to stay in place without discomfort. Holding it, I thought the size was small for "an adult face" but actually it's fine, you'll want a hood or similar to hide the gap anyway. The static patterns are cool, love the designs, though with the faces I wish it were possible to go backwards in the selection. That would make swapping sad/happy/angry/playful easier - as it is you have to rotate through them all and the gesture control is okay but it's not reliable. A couple of hardware buttons for up/down would have made such a difference here. Battery life is good, and USB charging brings up an animated battery display that frankly, I could use for social gatherings. I couldn't find any creative hacks for this model online as yet - but as a bank of addressable LEDs I'm sure there's a way for the determined. If you want your own patterns the same brand offers high-res video-capable models for less than this mask and typical hacking gadgets. If it were possible to swap expressions with more control I'd give this five stars, no hesitation - even if it were a USB remote accessory with faces on and only swapped those ones. Likewise if animations could be music reactive or BPM synched. As it is it's a four star mask that's a great deal of fun, simple and effective in the dark, but breaks the illusion if you want to get interactive with it. It's made me want more and want the better one!

Il prodotto che vi arriverà a casa nella classica scatola di cartone raffigurante l’oggetto,contiene al suo interno: - La maschera naturalmente - Un cavetto usb type-c - Un manuale di istruzioni molto compatto ,con più lingue disponibili La particolarità di questa maschera è che la parte frontale della stessa,è caratterizzata da un pannello preformato completamente ricoperto di piccoli led rgb che vanno a creare forme,colori e disegni ,e sono disponibili ben 50 tipi differenti di visualizzazioni che vanno appunto dalle emoji a motivi in movimento ecc..ecc..il tutto selezionabile con un semplice tocco grazie grazie ad un piccolo switch posto nella parte frontale della maschera che ci permetterà appunto di spegnere e accendere la maschera oppure passare da un disegno all’altro. Molto carina l’idea di visualizzare l’icona di una batteria che si ricarica sul pannello ,per verificare lo stato di carica della maschera,che ha una batteria che si ricarica all’incirca in tre ore e consente di essere utilizzata per un totale di circa 8 ore. Per fortuna la ricarica viene effettuata tramite cavo usb type-c ,il che vi consentirà di poter utilizzare anche il cavo del vostro telefono e di non dover avere un altro cavo inutile in giro per la casa. La maschera è chiaramente realizzata in plastica,mentre l’interno è realizzato con una comoda protezione in gommapiuma/spugna ,che vanno a formare una sorta di incavo per gli occhi per vedere tranquillamente e allo stesso tempo permettono proteggerli dalle luci del pannello frontale, e per fissarla al nostro viso ci sarà una classica “cintura” elastica che si può stringere o allargare per adattarla al meglio al nostro viso. Esteticamente è fantastica ,almeno per me,i colori sono vividi e i temi dinamici molto belli,lo ritengo un ottimo prodotto per una festa in discoteca o con gli amici,per un deejay ,uno youtuber ,insomma per una serata simpatica e divertente. Gli aspetti che meno mi sono piaciuti sono il cavo usb molto corto,ma per fortuna come detto si può utilizzare quello del telefono o del tablet che usiamo a casa,poi il fatto che non viene dichiarato o almeno non nella descrizione la capacità reale del la batteria in mAh. In conclusione la consiglio vivamente perché la qualità costruttiva è molto buona ,è un prodotto divertente e chiaramente adatto solo a determinate situazioni ma di sicuro non passerete inosservati quando l’indosserete,per ora gli assegno un voto positivo di cinque stelle e vi aggiornerò sulla durabilità della batteria e del prodotto in generale

Da wäre eine App wesentlich cooler gewesen, mit der man alles steuern und eigene Designs generieren könnte. Aber zumindest hat der Hersteller hier eine Sensorfunktion eingebaut, die man aktivieren kann und durch wischen über die Maske wechselst sich das Design. This is a very cool, totally unnecessary but loads of fun mask. My 13-year-old son basically thinks it's the best thing that I've ever brought home, which is probably representative of how most young teenagers will feel about it! It's not wildly comfortable to the extent that you'd want to wear it for long periods, but you could put up with it long enough to impress everyone at a Halloween party or nightclub. The display lights are surprisingly bright and the preset mask displays have plenty of variety for the cost. I can't imagine wanting to programme my own designs enough to pay the higher cost that would entail! The mask is gimmicky, it won't last forever and in terms of sustainability it's a pretty wasteful proposition, but in the right context it's incredibly fun, eye-catching and would make you really stand out from the crowd.

¡Nos encantó!. La máscara cumple con las expectativas, es fácil de usar y trae imágenes muy divertidas. Al frente (a la altura de la barbilla) trae un sensor que al pasar la mano por el mismo, se cambia la imagen de la máscara. Durante el día se ven muy bien las imágenes y por la noche ni se diga, brillan muchísimo. Tiene una ranuras por donde se puede observar, es un poco limitada la visión, por lo que se debe tener cuidado al caminar (como con cualquier otra máscara). Se sostiene con un resorte (de buen tamaño) alrededor de la cabeza y trae una esponja tipo visor para sostenerla a la altura de los ojos. Se puede respirar perfecto y lo mejor es que las ranuras para los ojos casi pasan desapercibidas para la gente. En cuanto al envío, llegó un día antes de lo estimado y en perfecto estado.

This is very cool and works excellently. It will definitely get loads of attention. It's really small and lightweight and despite this I'd say pretty robust, so could easily handle a night out. There are tons of different faces and effects that are all bright and stunning. Some of them like the fire and the light patterns are mesmerising. Battery life is hours and hours. It will last longer than you on a night out anyway! It's not uncomfortable to wear as there is some dense padding inside. It keeps it off the face which prevents it making me feel claustrophobic. There are slits for vision which allow a surprisingly good field of view. This could be improved with a straw hole for drink - only half serious here.

Con esta máscara LED serás el rey de la fiesta!!! Tiene muchos patrones, que vas cambiando, dándole al botón. Algunos se quedan fijos,y otros son en movimiento. Son muy chulos y divertidos! La máscara es plana,y se coloca mediante un elástico por detrás de la cabeza. La parte interna, que va pegada a la cara es de espuma. Es muy sencilla,y por eso mismo veo muy elevado el precio que tiene. Está muy chula, pero es demasiado, no creo que valga más de la mitad. Espero haberte ayudado!

If you watch the video you will see exactly why I am not satisfied. The gesture sensor is broken or messed up. It works for about 15 minutes. I ordered it for my grandson's birthday February 22nd his birthday isn't until Sunday and I just happen to let him open it tonight two days early. So they're saying it's too late for me to return which is ridiculous I just now took it out of the box. So my grandson is stuck with a useless mask...

Looks cool and works well, its a bit uncomfortable to wear as it can press up against your nose though. Not sure if I just have a huge honker or what. For $20 more though they have the better version with more lights, so if you just want a LED mask this one is fine, if you want a crazy LED mask I'd suggest paying a bit more for their other version.

Ich habe die Maske zum Weihnachten für meinen 6-jährigen Enkel gekauft. Er ist ausgeflippt vor Freude! Den ganzen Abend ist er damit gelaufen und hat sogar entdeckt, wenn er vorne auf die Maske 2mal klopft, endet sich das Motiv. Super ! Er trägt Brille und Platz ist genug unter der Maske und drückt nichts. Empfehlenswert.

Don't worry, they can see out of it - there are concealed holes around the eye area. My son loved this and had all the special effects going on and off in no time. The light changes to make different effects and it's especially good in the dark. We also discovered it makes a great selfie and now all his friends want one!

Je le trouve très lumineux et les trous pour la vision sont bien positionnés car ils sont entre les leds, ce qui n'empêchent donc pas les effets lumineux d'être sur tout le visage. J'ai constaté que la batterie tient 5h environ (suffisant pour moi). J'adore le fait que le masque est très confortable, je recommande !

This mask was bought and intended for Halloween, however my son has used it for Halloween, ACL festival, and other music events and everywhere we go multiple people are curious, or just giving my son high fives. Making him the coolest kid at the moment and he loves the attention

I got this for Halloween and I extremely recommend this to anyone who likes masks that can light up. It was great for the price and totally worth it in my opinion. If you are looking for a cheap mask I highly recommend this it’s the least expensive and best one for anyone.
